The mult-pass tickets were well woth their price and they saved us quite a bit. We took 2 of our grandchildren 9 and 5 and having the ability to go back to hotel for a swim in the heat of the day... and it WAS hot... kept everyone on an even keel and we enjoyed the trip much more. The guide was great, very informative. And boy, were we impressed with how he could handle the 'train' into those tiny lanes! Will certainly get the hop-on-hop-off passes should we go there again.

After having this 3-day trolley pass, I realized that I would never go to St. Augustine again without it! It was invaluable, and very easy to access. I was able to park my vehicle at my hotel and didn't need it for the full three days! No parking problems! Our drivers were courteous and knowledgeable and entertaining!

The tram ride is informative and great to get an overview of St. Augustine. Is is also nice that you can use it for several days allowing you to hop on and off to see different attractions. I included the Jail and Store tour in our package. The jail is a definite attraction to see, that was worth the price of the ticket for everything!

The tour and the ability to hop-on hop-off was great. BUT the tram vehicle itself detracted greatly from the tour, if you are a senior with mobility issues. The seats were too hard and bouncy for folks with back problems. And the step up and down was too high for easy entry/ departure. At times I was too busy concentrating on these issues to really enjoy the tour.

We used the trolley exclusively to travel around town. We had several different drivers but Lolo was by far the most informative and interesting. I learned so much about St. Augustine but need to go back to see everything we missed.

This tour was not what I expected. We only received admission to 3 attractions and most of the attractions you needed tickets,so every stop we had to purchase extra tickets. I was under the assumption that this was covered when I purchased this package online. Very disappointed. The tours were awesome, themuseums were awesome and the city was beautiful! You definitely need at least 2 days there to see everything. We will be going back but will not book threw viator again.

Let's do it on your own and you don't have the worry about parking. Parking is very limited in st. Augustine.

This was a great tour of the city. The only complaint was that the last trolly stopped at 4:30pm._br/_ We only had one day and could have seen much more if the trolly went on for few more hours._br/_ The guides on this tour were awesome, so knowledgeable and fun.

We LOVED our trip to St. Augustine. We were thrilled with the Old Town Trolley and we are thankful we upgraded to the attractions passes. In fact, while there we also added more attractions at a discounted rate. We can't wait to go back and see more. There's so much history there and I would definitely recommend the trolley because you get so much information from the drivers! LOVED IT ALL!!!!

The tour guide was knowledgeable. We only had 1 day there and did a. Dry early day start. The tour bus stopped running at 4:30. Attractions in historic area were open until 8. We ended up walking back to the trolley old jail parking, not fun. The trolley needs to have last pickup at 6 not 4:30.

It's nice to get away from the usual places in Orlando. The free visit included in the price to the prison and the old store is enjoyable. You can catch another free bus to St Augustine Beach but we really didn't feel it so caught the next bus back. St Augustine is very pretty and lots to look around.

Excellent, knowledgeable tour guide on a beautiful day. Very much worth the cost. My only regret was we got into town late and didn't get to do the jail tour. We spent extra 10 a head at the park to do the walking tour of the Castillo, which was great. I definitely want to come back and spend a full weekend plus at this historic little town.

At. Augustine is a small city, and the trolley tour covered a drive-by of all the important sites. The drivers provided a running commentary and responded to questions. The tour is a good overview but a is not a substitute for walking through the charming small streets of the old town. Parking is limited and expensive. Since the tour ticket is good for three days, we used the trolley on the second day to get from place to place for our own exploration.

Only managed one day of trolley use as we only stayed two nights in St Augustine. Jail and store both very good. Free parking at Jail was good and would recommend it. First time visitors so found the trolley bus trip and commentary very interesting.
