When making a booking, you'll need to advise your flight details and your St Maarten/St Martin hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. The pick up was good though we had to ask for the business by name to find the driver. A small sign would have been a little more helpful. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and gave us a little tour information enroute to our resort. The cost is about the same as a taxi fare with a tip. Would use again.

Due to airline delay, i never reached Sint Maarten a day late. I called local vendor Amigo to let them know about my flight being delayed and i would not arrive until the next day at the same time of my original fight. They said ok, and they would be there to pick me up. Well, they were not at the airport. Just so happened a driver was at the airport that said he worked with Amigo and he would take me to the hotel. I have used Viatour in other countries and never had a problem with follow-thru.

There was no sign/name card if you book with Viator but the customer service desk lady knew who our driver was. BabyFace was our driver and he did a great job welcoming us to St. Maarten and we got a mini tour of the island on the way to our hotel! Very knowledgeable, polite and great service!

Pretty good. Airport passenger traffic was slow on the night I arrived so after waiting for about 15 min I ended up being dropped off by myself. On the way to the hotel, I got to learn one or 2 places to look out for from the driver.

He was waiting for me outside the terminal. He asked me to wait outside the terminal a bit which it was 30 minuutes so he could get more passengers. It was hot and humid. He came back with three more passengers, he apologized for the delay and he even told us he had to leave a few more passengers back.

Transfer from airport to to hotel, piece of mind that there was someone to meet you, but again had to confirm with local tour 24hrs before, that it was booked, as we were traveling international call on mobile? Why?
