The bus was so crowded people were standing in the aisle which made it very difficult to see the sights. I got the last available seat which was facing backwards, so what little I could see, was of no value. The audio system was unusable because the sound quality was terrible.

Good Tour. The quality and volume of the audio on the busses varies form bus to bus. A digital upgrade to the audio system would greatly improve the audio and make things much more understandable. Great views of all the major sites in the city. The drivers are a great bunch. If you book more than one person be sure to get individual vouchers printed. For some reason I had a voucher that only showed one person and since I did not have two vouchers I had to pay for one on the spot which was about 20 more than I prepaid on line. There are a lot of locations where to pick up the tour. You do not need to pick up the tour at the beginning. There are two routes, Red and Blue, and they over lap on a few stops. Jumping from one route to the other is not a big problem, Just make sure you are on the right route where you got on if you want to end you tour in the same location.

This Hop on Hop off tour was worth it for 48 hours. We cover all of Sydney and all the way out to Bondi Beach. This is highly recommended.

All the staff was great to answer questions about the tour. Map they gave helped a lot, The information about the history of Sydney was great. Not all the stops where close by some you the drive had to give directions on who to get there. Also, limited seating and signs clearly state to 'sit while bus in in motion' many times there were people standing packed in like a subway.

Great way to explore the city, especially if you are in town just for few days and you want to get an idea of the city!!! We did both lines - the blue and the red - in one day. Suggestion, get off at the fish market - some great, great food.Highly recommend this tour. Also, great value!

There were not buses. At one stop we waited almost 30 minutes and then the bus was so crowded we had to stand. We had bought our tickets in advance to be sure to have a place on the bus but when we got on they were still selling tickets. Never again.

Very good value booking through Viator, price much better than Street or Bus price. With a bit of forward planning we were able to do both bus routes in one day, including Bondi Beach
