The Sydney and Bondi coach tours connect at 100 William Street or Central Station stop. The bus departs every 15–20 minutes from each stop and tickets are valid for 24 or 48 hours from first use. Please check the current schedule for operating hours; the bus does not operate 24 hours per day. Families can save with the Family Pass, valid for 2 adults and up to 4 children.

The bus was so crowded people were standing in the aisle which made it very difficult to see the sights. I got the last available seat which was facing backwards, so what little I could see, was of no value. The audio system was unusable because the sound quality was terrible.

Good Tour. The quality and volume of the audio on the busses varies form bus to bus. A digital upgrade to the audio system would greatly improve the audio and make things much more understandable. Great views of all the major sites in the city. The drivers are a great bunch. If you book more than one person be sure to get individual vouchers printed. For some reason I had a voucher that only showed one person and since I did not have two vouchers I had to pay for one on the spot which was about 20 more than I prepaid on line. There are a lot of locations where to pick up the tour. You do not need to pick up the tour at the beginning. There are two routes, Red and Blue, and they over lap on a few stops. Jumping from one route to the other is not a big problem, Just make sure you are on the right route where you got on if you want to end you tour in the same location.

This Hop on Hop off tour was worth it for 48 hours. We cover all of Sydney and all the way out to Bondi Beach. This is highly recommended.

All the staff was great to answer questions about the tour. Map they gave helped a lot, The information about the history of Sydney was great. Not all the stops where close by some you the drive had to give directions on who to get there. Also, limited seating and signs clearly state to 'sit while bus in in motion' many times there were people standing packed in like a subway.

Great way to explore the city, especially if you are in town just for few days and you want to get an idea of the city!!! We did both lines - the blue and the red - in one day. Suggestion, get off at the fish market - some great, great food.Highly recommend this tour. Also, great value!

There were not buses. At one stop we waited almost 30 minutes and then the bus was so crowded we had to stand. We had bought our tickets in advance to be sure to have a place on the bus but when we got on they were still selling tickets. Never again.

Sehr zu empfehlen weil man wirklich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten anfährt, interessante Geschichten über das Headset erfährt und eine groß ausgebaute Strecke nutzen kann (Fahrt bis zum Bondi Beach möglich). Ein-und Ausstieg natürlich jederzeit möglich.

Realistically, Sydney has a great public transportation system that would allow you to access each stop along this tour. However, as a tourist, this tour offered great convenience as each attraction was its own stop. The buses also offered free wifi, which was very convenient not having an international data package. Along the Bondi route, we waited a decent amount of time for a bus, but the app allows for real time updates to see the next antipated arrival time at any given stop.

Really good for the most part if you don't mind waiting to get on the bus. They supposedly come every 15 to 20 minutes, but don't_br/_ always. Once we had a breakdown and had to wait over 30 minutes for a replacement. If you are on a tight schedule and have a_br/_ lot you want to see, I wouldn't recommend it. If your time is leisurely it is a good way to go.

This was a must in Sydney. I do regret not doing this my first 2 days. I booked the 48 hour hop on off for my last 2 days. There is so much to see and this tour really showed Sydney. Tour guide was amazing

No Air Conditioning. The Frequency could be improved to every 30 mins if there would be at least 2 more buses doing the Hop on Hop Off because if there are delays to just 1 bus, that would add up no matter how the driver would try to keep up! Research about Kuala Lumpur's Hop on Hop Off Bus Tour IF you'd like to improve. Consider the prices, 12 AUD for KL's but with Air Conditioning and has lots of Buses doing the Tour making the frequency a lot better almost every 15-20 mins there's another bus you can ride on and hop off again vs 38 AUD for Melbourne's. Also in KL, the drivers usually wait for 5 minutes if you'd request/ask for them to wait for you if you just want to get pictures of a Building or of a Tourist spot so one wouldn't have to wait for another bus to come if you'd just be left off once the Bus leaves after dropping off the tourists-that situation happens in Melbourne. Hopefully, the Melbourne Authorities can improve on these little nuances for the sake of their City and for the Tourists as well.

Typical hop on hop off experience. The recording pointing out the sights was ok, but I have been in other cities and have taken this tour and found out a live person pointing out the sights and sounds of the city was more informative and provided good places to visit, eat and drink. This is obviously not possible on a recorded tour and at times we were stuck in traffic, but the recording kept going and was not pertinent to the area we were at.

One of the drivers was fierce at us. We did not use the headset and asked where we were now. He threw the headsets at us and asked us to listen over the audio guide. Caught me by surprise on his remarks and he still did not tell us where we were at that time. Not a pleasant experience.

This was not as advertised. all ads specified a 90 min tour with description. there were 27 stops on the tour and we were on the bus for almost 2hrs and only saw 6. we also stopped at one stop and the bus was shut off for 10 min while the drivers switched, at which point we watched as they ate and smoked together instead of just switching. really put a damper on the plans for the day.

Hop-on/Hop-off was what we expected. Served to give a great overview of a wonderful city. Easy, professional staff, on time and comfortable ride. Suggestions? 1 Please tell drivers to limit playing of Waltzing Matilda during down periods. I must have heard it 100 times on the one circuit! I would pull my earplugs out when it started -and mind you - I actually started out liking the song! :- Having said that - on the second day - the same circuit - didn't hear it once so it must be by driver choice - or someone came in and robbed the chip to prevent others from suffering! saying this only half in jest. 2 allow some drivers to give personal narrative in place of the recording. It would be much more enjoyable to hear a person in place of a recording. These are the reasons for the 4 - not 5 rating.

Spent 3 days in Sydney before a cruise and the HOHO bus was a good way to get around, especially out to Bondi Beach. We stayed downtown so mostly we walked. Everything is pretty close.
