The van was clear and the diver very helpful. We had two reservation because of different air flight, one group got a ride right away and second had to wait for half hour.

The driver and van, and trip, was very good but the experience off booking has been terrible. Even at the Super Shuttle kiosk in Tampa airport the lady indicated that I didn't have the correct document I gave her a voucher but she was good enough to let it go.

More expensive than a taxi if you are going into Tampa. Taxi from Tampa to the airport was about 8.00 cheaper. Also, had to wait about 25 minutes for van to arrive, a taxi was right there. Bottom line, taxi is your better option.

I should have been told that Super Shuttle takes Viator passengers. I spent time looking for a Viator van. As a result I had to wait for a driver as Vistor had not contacted the Super Shuttle agent before I arrived. The best thing about the ride was the driver. He had a very nice personality and good driving skills.

I've used Viator in New Orleans and was very happy with their service. I was disappointed this time. I purchased a trip from Tampa to a hotel inn Madeira Beach for my son, who had no money for a taxi ride home. I printed out and gave to him the paperwork that I received. There was no link to any other paperwork on the receipt. When he got to Tampa, the driver would not accept this ticket. He had to walk a great distance to speak with a "supervisor." I have to assume that he eventually got to Madeira Beach as he did not phone me again....his cell phone was out of minutes! This caused me some worry and dampened my enthusiasm for Viator somewhat!

I purchased a voucher from a Viator operator by telephone. I told her I was going to a commercial cottage operated on Indian Rocks Beach(Sunshine Cozy Cottages, formerly Uncle Milt's Cottages) and she told me I should buy the Airport to North East Tampa transfer, so I did. When I arrived in Tampa, there was no one at the Supershuttle booth. I tried to typed my confirmation number into the machine there, but it did not acknowledge it. I used the courtesy phone to call a representative, who again tried to tell me the shuttle only went to holels, and I said this was a commercial, not a private, cottage that I had the voucher for. When I told her where I was going, she said the voucher was for another county. (I had purchased the voucher in the first place since the Supershttle had been seen repeatedly in the Indian Rocks area.) Her response was to say she could get a shuttle there in a half hour but I'd have to check if the driver would take me or not and it might cost more money. I had been travelling for seven hours and was tired and not interested in a maybe yes, maybe no scenario so I just told her I'd call a cab. So I was out the money for the voucher plus over $60 for the cab.I do feel I should be reimbursed. There seems to be a disconnect between Viator and Supershuttle.

When I arrived atTampa ground transportation, I inquired around abou.t Viator service and nobody had ever heard of Viator. It wasn't until I went to SuperShuttle at the end of the terminal building that they took my voucher. Next time I will book directly with SuperShuttle. The ride to my hotel was good.

This was a horrible experience we landed at 230p waited 45 mins for shuttle then drove for 2 hrs. to get to Dolphin beach resort . The driver went the wrong way and we had to turn around and back track .We didnt get to hotel until 445pm.

The counter to claim my trip was accesible at the airport, the lady was very helpfull. The driver was responsable and he pcik me up at the time span (10 minutes) that the lady told me he will be there. He inform the travelers the route and ask if there was any problem with it in order for him to change it. I feel pleased with the service and actually I called fand book my trip to take me back to he airport on departure date.

What an easy process to arrange a shuttle. It is a nice break for family making multiple trips to the Tampa airport for family reunion. It worked so well for me that we scheduled a return to the airport for one relative and an arrival shuttle for another. A good value for decreasing the stress of travel.

We waited 15-20 minutes in waiting room before van appeared, then got in and waited at the pickup point several minutes before driver started, then he went to a holding area upstairs, waited there, then back to the loading area.and repeated the steps. After another round, another passenger got in who was going to a private home several blocks off 4h St not far north of our destination at 54th Ave N at the throughway. He took her there first, which seemed unfair to us as we had waited a long time, and he could have gone down the expressway in minutes direct to 54th, then taken her home. He seemed not familiar with the territory.

It was a great relief to have transportation already set up for our arrival in Tampa. The transportation area was easy to find, and our driver was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend and plan to use them for my next visit. Also a very good value, as we needed to take a taxi back to the airport at the end of our vacation and found the price was almost double!

The woman in the booth at the airport was rude. She just pointed to where I should wait for the driver. Other than that, the service and drivers were excellent.
