An air-conditioned tour bus will pick you up from your Toronto hotel between 8am and 9am (depending on your hotel). As you head to the Falls, a certified Niagara Falls Tour Guide will point out various points of interest. Popular stops include the Floral Clock (seasonal), Niagara River and Whirlpool Rapids, Sir Adam Beck Power Station, Queenston Heights, and the Spanish Aero Car. Fun fact: Floral Clock is one of the largest flower clocks in the entire world - displaying up to 15,000 flowers! Once you reach Niagara Falls, you'll have 2.5 to 3.5 hours of free time to look around and explore. Visit haunted houses, wax museums, Skywheel, or even win big at one of Niagara's casinos. At an extra cost, you also have the option of enjoying an all-you-can-eat buffet lunch at the Sheraton Hotel or taking a boat ride aboard the Hornblower Niagara Cruise. This tour also includes a 45-minute stop in the beautiful town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Explore this historic town and take a walk down main street. Afterwards, visit a famous Niagara winery for a complimentary wine tasting.
After a long and enjoyable day of sightseeing, you will be taken back to your hotel or a downtown Toronto attraction around 6pm.
The tour operators were KING TOUR. In TORONTO _br/_ Were picked up from hotel bit late and dropped at the office of king tour which was not open till 10 AM._br/_ We had a full day tour in Niagara Falls including lunch which we paid in advance._br/_ The driver Salem was very good made jokes in the mini bus and make the trip exiting. Unfortunately because the trip is packed, we were advised by our driver that it was not possible to have lunch in Niagara Falls because there was not enough time to do the sightseeing so we had to buy our own lunch in Niagara town. Later we were refunded money in our account. The lunch was cheaper so my advice is never to prearrange lunch . You would save lot of money. Overall the tour was very good. The only problem is King Tours. They push the drivers to do lot of things in short time and so the driver has to cut time and rearrange timing for all the sightseeing. I would recommend KING TOURS.

Left late, different order to itinerary so had wine tasting at 11.30 in the morning. Arrived back on time._br/_ Driver never spoke about about places of interest, only to give directions regarding next stop.

There was an unfortunate mix up with our pick up from our hotel - we were told that we could not be picked up from our hotel as the shuttle was full therefore we had to meet in the city at Ramada Hotel, on our trip into the city from the airport i received an email to say the driver was at our hotel waiting for us! When we got to the city destination, I told the attendant and he apologised and said that should not have happened._br/_ We didn't get away on time which ate into our itinerary plus with a car race in the city, we were advised of potential delays due to some road closures._br/_ The tour itself was great, the boat ride was the highlight and a must if you are there. We opted to have the buffet lunch which was fine however the views were incredible._br/_ The winery was wonderful and we bought some great ice wine deals._br/_ The trip to Niagara on the Lake town was too short, 45 minutes was all we had which was not enough time to really appreciate this wonderful place. I wish we had more time there._br/_ We thought as part of the tour we were going to see the flower clock but it was not mentioned so we didn't push it._br/_ Our driver was great, full of local knowledge and fun facts. No corney jokes were heard thanks Jay but there were plenty of giggles._br/_ The tour ended with the shuttle picking us up to take back to our hotel which was really handy as my mother in-law decided to take it and we decided to go back to the city._br/_ Overall if there were more time it would have got a 10 out of 10 as it did feel a little rushed.

What an experience. It is truly beautiful and amazing. We didn't actually do the boat trip choosing a buffet meal at top of Sheraton hotel instead. The meal was great and views to die for of the falls.

It was OK, our tour guide was very funny, honestly I forgot hi name because I have the worst memory retention. Everything was on time and according to the tour specifications. We would have loved to ride the hornblower cruise but it was late march and it was still closed.
