Enjoy a sommelier curated, intimate tour of the Fraser Valley wine region. This Vancouver wine tour, led by a certified BC wine expert, is great for guests who want to increase their wine knowledge and taste BC wine for the first time. Enjoy tastings at 4-5 wineries. Choose a half-day or full-day tour. Full-day tours also include lunch at the vineyard.
Your driver will pick you up from Pacific Central Station in Vancouver for your half-day or full-day trip to the Fraser Valley wine region. Your guide, a wine expert, can teach you about how to assess wine quality and what to expect from the different wine regions in British Columbia.
You'll enjoy wine tastings at four or five wineries, depending on how much time you want to spend at each winery. Visit a hand-picked list of boutique wineries to sample their wines, meet the vintners and wine experts and stroll through the vineyards.
If you have selected the full-day option, enjoy a gourmet lunch in the vineyard on sunny days or inside the winery included with your tour. Your guide will whisk you back into Vancouver by 4pm (depending on traffic).
The guide for the half-day tour had a personal emergency, so what a pleasant surprised that we got upgraded to a full-day tour at no extra cost. It would have been great if hotel pick-up was available, but we had no problem finding our way to the main train station where every one on the tour got picked up. It was another pleasant surprise that it was a small group - just another couple - so there were 5 of us plus our very knowledgeable guide/driver who was a Sommelier. Our 16 year old son was with us, so no tasting for him, but he did enjoy the great views from the rural countryside and one of the vineyard tours. Overall our guide gave great insight on the up and coming Vancouver wines, and visited a good balance of family-ran thus high-quality driven vineyards as well as the large-scale commercial ones. Had an al fresco lunch half-way on our tour, and the warm Canada summer weather just made for a perfect day.

Nearly a private tour as there were just 4 of us in a van. Very good. The wines were just OK but still a very enjoyable tour. Recommended.

We had a wonderful day on this tour. The other people who were booked cancelled and so it ended up being a more private tour with just my husband and I. Our guide, Genevieve was amazing! She was very knowledgable about the area and wineries and lunch was fantastic! Highly recommend!

Driver was really well versed in the wineries we visited. The lunch provided was delicious. We ended up buying four bottles of wine we had not expected to do on the trip.

Tour was a lot of fun, however, you are essentially paying for a chauffeur at quite the premium. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable but his role is mostly to drive you to the various wineries, not to teach or explain much at any of the locations. Regardless, this service is appreciated because it means you get to drink wine and do not have to drive!

it was like a private tour as we were 4 people and the driver-guide. We went to 4 wineries, loved all of them, and ended up buying 8 or 9 bottle of wine.
