We booked the hop-on hop-off tour online prior to coming to Vancouver and we started it the day we flew in from Australia. We had a great time on the bus. The guides were friendly and informative. We went on both lines and would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Vancouver as it gives you insight to all the areas, the sites to see and now we know where we want to go back too.

I don't think I can give an accurate review of the Trolley Tour as we only used it for a few hours on one day. We didn't realize it was useful for 2 days. I would recommend this for definite sight seeing of Vancouver as it takes you to a lot of tourist stops, but sometimes you might be waiting for 20-30 minutes for your trolley, depending on when the last one departed. The drivers were really fun and gave some great facts about the history of the city. The Aquarium was great! It wasn't as busy when we went on a week day in December, and the weather was great too. The otters, penguins, and whales are a must see. If you buy this combo, make sure you call a day ahead to see where the first stops are located and what time the first pick up is. We made the mistake thinking they all picked up starting at 9am. But the China Town stop Trolley first pick up of the day was 10:30. Anyway, great deal, and be sure to use this for 2 days!

The buses did not run as frequently as they should have. The wait was often longer than 20 minutes. I saw many more buses from a competing company.

Great way to see Vancouver when you have limited time. We did the 2-day tour. One day in the city and one in the parks. We also went to the aquarium which we enjoyed and the Lookout Observation Deck. Vancouver is a beautiful city with wonderful parks that have so many things to do in them. We had wonderful weather. No rain!!

We got to see everything we wanted to see and some things we didn't even know existed. The aquarium was great, with the beluga whales the absolute highlight of that excursion. The Lookout observation deck gave us an excellent all round view of Vancouver. The drivers were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable, sometimes going out of their way to make the experience extra special like pulling over and taking pictures of my partner and myself standing in a tree hundreds of years old, or of us hugging a huge ancient tree along our route. Overall a wonderful 2 days with wondrous experiences and excellent guides. They also have great tips on places to dine.

Very good value for money. The hop on trolley stopped at all the well-known Vancouver landmarks and there was enough time to see them. The aquarium was crowded due to school holidays and it being a nice warm day.

Very helpful. Go round full circle during first half of first day to decide on where you want to hop off. Use that experience to plan your trip for next 1 1/2 days. You can see the entire Vancouver. Spend evenings after Hop on-off trolleys stop to spend on the beach or shopping.

While the overall tour was valuable, the pick-ups were sometimes delayed we waited a full hour once and twice the trolley was unable to pick us up because it was full.

The combo tour worked perfectly. When we boarded the trolley our driver gave us our Observation Deck and Aquarium tickets and second day trolley ticket. Most of the trolley drivers were helpful and knowledgeable. The Aquarium was definitely worth the trip. Vancouver was a wonderful city. We are glad we had the second day trolley ticket. We toured one line on one day and the other trolley line on the other. It would be hard to see everything in one day.

Some of the drivers were not as friendly but for the most part, they were interesting, funny and friendly. The information was interesting and the trolleys came at good intervals. The Aquarium was fun, I really loved the snakes! The Beluga whale program was very fun to watch. The lookout deck was an excellent view of the city.

Best deal in town! Driver was courteous and entertaining! My kids learned a lot about down town Vancouver and enjoyed the sights! Liked the fact that you can hop on and off 32 different locations. Stanley Park and the aquarium are beautiful! I am definitely going to do this again!

This trolley is very unpunctual. This company needs to work later hours. Come on the last ride is at about 4pm. What are you suppose to do the remaining time?? I recommend travelers not to spend the money on this Hop on Hop off. I can assure you you'll be just fine spending 9 dollars with an all day pass for the sky train and explore the entire city with many stops. Also your day pass is good for the bus that also takes you around the city all day. Bottom line don't spend your money on this Tour.

Despite the rain I had a good time at the aquarium. It was pretty funny trying to juggle an umbrella and smartphone to take pictures of the outside demonstrations. The inside exhibits were also very nice, the Amazon zone in particular was a pleasant surprise to discover. More zoo than aquarium in there with the sloths and parrots!

Trolleys were late due to construction and traffic. If you take time to eat a meal you don't have much time to see museums or shop. Would help if trolley ran a bit later in the day.

This is the way to see Vancouver! It takes you all around the city to all of the places you want to see. I didn't realize there is a city and a park tour bus so when I got on I got on the city tour. This was great it was a good way to get acquainted with Vancouver and really get my barrings. Granville island is a must! The market alone I could have wandered in for hours! Stanley park was incredible and there is so much to do. It is really easy to catch the trolley there are signs everywhere. All of the trolley drivers I had were very knowledgeable and every one of them had there own stories and highlights. The aquarium was fantastic I really enjoyed seeing all of the animals. They have more than just fish! I did not make it to the lookout. It rained a lot when I was there and I really wanted to go on a clear day. I figure it's just something to look forward to the next time I go. I would suggest this to anyone and I would buying it again for myself. Great investment!

Raining on the first day,bus a bit leaky. Enjoyed the visit to the Aquarium. Many fish and aquatic animals to see. Can see the Beluga whales from below as too wet outside. Next day on the bus not wet saw a lot more good loop of Dowwntown Vancouver visited the Lookout great views. Well worth the tour and very good value

This is a great tour for people who only have a couple days in Vancouver. We stayed on the trolley the first day and on the second day got off at the stops we wanted to see more of. The Trolley drivers were very informative and friendly and very helpful to find our way through the city. We would recommend this to everyone.

You get what you expect for this excursion. While the drivers were knowledgeable and interesting, the pacing of the buses could have been better, coming only about every 30 minutes and no timeline to go by. This caused us to wait about 25 minutes for one trolly and 20 minutes for another because we didn't know we just missed one. My suggestion for the company would be a follow the trolly ap or a schedule.

This was a great tour to start off my Canada holiday. Vancouver is a beautiful city and the hop-on Hop off tour gave me a good introduction to the city. The tour itself is very organised, travelled with a number of different drivers and all were real characters and caused many a laugh. I can certainly recommend to all.

Heather failed to give us our Lookout Observation Deck tickets, so we were inconvenienced the second day trying to get them. The trolley operator didn't seem to believe we had never received them, had to call a supervisor, holding up everyone on the trolley for 15 minutes. Trolleys ran very late and way too full, leaving unhappy people at some stops. Recommend adding trolleys for peak season.

We had bad luck, weather-wise, so our sight-seeing did not enable us to see many sights. It poured rain, it was cold on the trolley the windows were half-windows, and couldn't be closed, the trolleys were backed up and running late, and - all in all, the rain and clouds made it about a 2 on a scale from 1-10. We'd never been to Vancouver before, so we were disappointed. The drivers, however, were polite and knowledgeable.

Well worth the cost of the tickets. My 11 year old granddaughter and I enjoyed the sightseeing. The Vancouver Aquarium and Lookout Observation Deck are must see attractions in Vancouver. We made several stops during the two days including Chinatown, Gastown, Canada Place, and the Granville Island not too mention their beautiful Stanley Park.

This Combo Package was very exciting and User Friendly. It is valid for 2 days and you can visit your favourite destinations by getting down on your stop. After you are done, another Bus will pick you up from the same spot. This gives a good amount of time to checkout the places one wants to visit. _br/_ P.S. - Bicycle ride in Stanley Park is a Must :-)

The drivers were very nice. They were very helpful in answering questions. I had to wait longer than 45 minutes for the bus. I wish they ran more often. It was hard to find a few of the stops in Stanley Park.
