This tour was fantastic!!! We saw 3 yes 3 pods of whales. The crew was very knowledgeable and nice. It was an unforgettable experience. This is a don't miss tour if you are a nature loving person.

Our trip was on Mon. 7/24 on The Prince of Whales. Boarding was very organized. although a bit behind schedule. They took us out of the way to see 3 pods of Orcas. They didn't have to do this. They were extremely informative and interacted with the passengers the entire time. They used humor and facts to educate us. The marine biologist the only one on any of the whale watching tours had so much knowledge and she shared it. All of the crew obviously loved the whales knew so much about them and loved their job. It was fantastic.

Andrea was fantastic! We saw lots of whales she had excellent information, not only about the whales, but how to best manage a boat trip, as I tend to have motion sickness. The gardens were beautiful and the bus service excellent. There was an issue with the boat we were to be on and the company contacted us ahead of time. We ended up with a higher priced trip for the same price we had originally paid. Excellent customer service!

The most amazing cruise ....saw killer whales, seals, and had excellent explanations while on board. Butchart Gardens was absolutely amazing as well. We wanted to have dinner in the dinning room but a bit pricey. Next time for a birthday or anniversary. My husband and I fell in love with vancouver Island and plan to move there. This would enable us to do so many more cruises etc..... Something you must do!

Couldn and #39;t of had a more enjoyable inland excursion. The on board staff was knowledgable and each one spent time with all on board. Accommodations were five star! Even got a call the previous night to inform me that it would be slightly windy and to bring a jacket, not expected from a tour company

The local tour operator offered us something beyond whales and just as rare...CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We went out on our excursion and, due only to the nature of whale watching, we really didn't see that much, only a few whale tails. However, TWO things occurred as a result of that: 1 The driver and the first hands went out of their way to make the most of the trip. We viewed 100s of seals and sea lions in their natural habitat and saw a bald eagle! They made an effort to offer entertaining and informative narrative and personal attention, instead of passively accepting that it wasn't the best whale day. 2 They offered us a FREE return visit the next day. As we weren't leaving Victoria until the evening, we took advantage of the offer and had an AMAZING whale watching experience. One stop offered us one pod of whales, including a male, female, and calf. After spending about 10 minutes enjoying them, it was unfortunately time to head back when the captain suddenly vered off course and came out excited to say, you think that was good, wait until you see what's ahead! He wasn't kidding, that extra stop offered us THREE pods of whales, probably close to 8-10 whales! And we were one of only two ships there! While no whale company can control on a given day what we can expect, THIS company made the most of our expectations, both with and without whales. Forgive the pun, but they are a PRINCE of a company!
