Deceiving. Timetable not respected. We sometimes did not see what was described. The heavy traffic did not help.

We usually like to take a look of the city in this way, the tour was a little bit meager. There wasn't enough information during the trip about the place we was visiting

It was not easy to find the bus but once you did it was a good tour.

There is only one bus doing 2 routes so they are infrequent and the stops hard to find so you have to plan it more carefully. However it is a good way to get around the city and see the main points. Worth doing if you are there for a few days.

We enjoyed our time in Old Town Warsaw until it turned violent. We are Americans from California with dark hair and eyes and a darker complexion and I think my daughter was mistaken for a gypsy child. Two grown women in Old Town Warsaw attacked her. One kicked her with her high heel into my daughters leg as she left an ice cream shop and another ran into her back almost knocking her to the ground as they continued to walk by. Did I mention that my daughter is 9 years old? A group of teen boys were pointing and laughing at my 13 year old son and we were given the death stare by a few people as we walked in Old Town. This seemed crazy at the time, but given the Nationalist March in Warsaw over the weekend, it all makes perfect sense now. We couldn't get out of Warsaw fast enough and ended up leaving Warsaw four hours early and took a train back to Krakow where we were staying.

My voucher stated that the tour started at 11AM on Sunday when in fact it started at 10AM. Also the Sunday toured during the fall and winter months are limited. Tour was definitely not the same as what is advertised on your website. Very disappointed did not get what we paid for.

Really the best way to get a good overview of the city and then concentrate on the areas you want to see.

Great to see sights. But went to use service on our 2nd day and one of the buses had broken down and as there was only one bus per route, they amalgamated the routes. There was therefore long waits and the bus was very late when it picked us up at the end of the day._br/_ This was a shame because on previous experiences the service has been excellent.

Pretty much the same as hop-on offerings around the world. The routes hit the highlights but be aware of the 2 hour break in service in the afternoon as the driver takes lunch.

There's only ONE Bus! We asked for info from our hotel concierge, she gave us a brochure and told us where the nearest pick up location to our hotel was. Supposedly begin by 10AM, our approximate time pick up was 10:37AM. We walked there, waited for one hour and we never saw any hop-on-hop off anywhere. We decided to walk to the Old Town area and there we eventually saw our first hop-on bus @ 1:30PM. By the time we ran to the stop, it had gone. We looked at the brochure schedule, and it was off by 10 minutes, which is not bad. We had purchased a two day pass, by the time we finally were able to pick up the bus in the same Old Town area it was almost 4PM, we saw @ 1 hour worth of sights. The next day Sunday, we figured out that if we wanted to get picked up we had to walk to the Old Town. We picked the bus @ 1:20PM, when it was 2:00PM, the bus stopped accross from the Hard Rock Cafe Warsaw, Stop 1. It was a super hot day, no shade anywhere, we were on the top area. After 20 minutes of waiting for the bus to leave, another passenger came upstairs and told the 7 or 8 remaining passengers that the bus driver had gone to lunch! His lunch hour was from 2 to 3PM! He was an English guy and was laughing when he told us that apparently there's ONE Bus and ONE Driver! I don't know if the driver announced his lunch stop, the sound system was poor, we had changed seats thinking that the sound might be better in another seat, but it wasn't. My husband and I and lots of other passengers never knew that the driver had left the bus stopped for an hour because he was going to lunch! We walked across the street to the Hard Rock and had some lunch, we saw the bus leave the area again @ 3:20PM, we missed the bus again. We ended up taking a taxi back to our hotel. Buying a 2-day pass was not a good idea for us.

The drivers were unable to communicate with the guests, the descriptions of the routes were inaccurate, the stops were not clearly informed, we were only able to catch one bus each day as it looks they only had 2 buses all together.

First bus was full. We had to wait 75 minutes for another. Tell the tour operator to scrape the paintings from the bus windows. They interfere with the view.

Booked in advance online through Viator as I have done many times before with many attractions/events and other City sightseeing hop on hop off buses in Malta, Rome, Paris, Berlin and many other places, this time we could not find a single bus stop marked to catch the bus at any of the attractions along the bus route, nor did we see a single City sightseeing bus during our 3 day trip despite waiting over an hour at some of the places the bus is supposed to visit such as the Museum of the uprising. complete waste of money we got nothing for our 35 payment and even though our past experiences have been good with viator we will in future wait until we get to our destination before booking attractions like this one. Getting a map of the route took hours of trolling the internet and should have been sent to us as part of the booking confirmation.

This was a great way to see a lot of the city in a short amount of time, but I think the buses are a bit too infrequent to be truly useful and the maps didn't seem to match up with the actual paths that the buses took. Thanks to this deviation from the routes, the audio did not always match up with the actual environment we were passing through.

I could not find where to get on this bus even when I downloaded their woefullly inadequate map. Therefore this voucher was a complete waste of money! Unlike other countries that have such buses, Poland does not have its act together. I would recommend that others don't waste their money and use the very cheap taxis instead for a reliable service! Very disappointing!

Overall not too bad, bus was on schedule, drivers were helpful, although they don't speak English, they try to help when you have questions. The bus stops are a little bit tricky, not every stop has a stand, most of them only got a red sticker on the normal bus stop... so you have to look for it carefully... I'm not sure if it's a temporary change of route or what... the bus not actually followed the route on the map, so I have to open google map to cross reference where was the bus going. I still recommend it if you are the first time to Warsaw plus too lazy to check out the local transport, otherwise, it's better to buy a day ticket and take the bus/tram, quite simple actually.

It's a good service but they need longer hours particularly on Sunday's with more stops on the route. The route is good. Also the change on the route on weekends needs to be spelled out in the brochure more clearly. A second map should be printed for the sat.-Sunday route. Also the top deck was really filthy by the end of the day. Poland is normally so clean. Price was nice.

This was the worst hop on hop off bus we have ever travelled on. Half the time the audio wasn't working._br/_ the bus didn't say when the stops were apart from shindlers facory and the shopping mall._br/_ To add to our experience the tv screen on the upper deck fell off during our trip and hit my wife on the leg. The leg is still sore a week later. whilst we have enjoyed many other hop on hop off buses I could not recommend this line

I'm going to give u a 5 because I left my hat on ur bus yesterday lucky there's only one bus!! and I was able to pick it up today...thank you so much!! _br/_ My suggestion is start at 10 am from number 1 and stay on the 2 routes completely and then choose when to hop off for lunch...then hop back on and get dropped close to home. This is all u will have time for.

Rubbish, 25 mins late on 1st bus of the day. Involved in RTC which messed all schedules up. Was told 25 mins late but after 40 mins gave up. Luckily had 2 day ticket but then both lines were combined, maybe just 1 bus!! Don and #39;t waste your money, have used in many cities by far the worst.

As in March limited timings with a long break in the middle, only started at 11am. Hence couldn't work in time around the old town and museums. Probably have more buses on in the summer. Good commentary.

Review by:   Dennis L,    November 2015 Review: 3 star rating: Worth doing
The audio track wasn't always synchronized with the locations the bus was visiting throughout the tour. As a hop on/hop off tour, it was inconvenient that the schedule didn't bring a bus back to the stop until 2 hours later. So, if you're going to hop off, make sure you've got to be sure to have at least 2 hours of eating or sight-seeing to do before the next bus comes around.

This was a good tour for getting orientated and choosing places to visit further, but if you travel on all 3 lines you will experience a lot of repetition in the places that you see.

Worst hop on/off bus EVER! OMG this was a waste of time and money! Where do I start? Mind you, I've done the hop on/off in 3 other countries besides my own of USA and I'm not one to complain as I've had great luck with all tours I've done via Viator and tbh, this is the only hop on/off company in Warsaw so it's not really Viator's fault but it was horrible! First of all, only 1 bus so it comes around every hour which isn't very convenient. Second, there's NO signs to mark the stops! Seriously, aside from the first stop that has a little kiosk and the stop in Old Town 5 you had NO idea where to get on/off unless someone actually wanted to get on/off while you were driving around. The map on their website is blurry and with no option to expand to see EXACT spot If not, the bus driver didn't stop or pull over so you never knew what was going on. It took me TWO HOURS to get on as I stood by the museum, they didn't go RIGHT by it so then I tried another museum but didn't know if it was in front or at the corner and again, saw it coming, ran but since he didn't stop, I missed it. Then once finally on, I rode all the way and only saw 2 stops since very few people on so few to get off. The map was confusing, the recordings were off my favorite...as we turn left, you'll see.... and we are turning right! and that was if you could HEAR the recordings as the whole left side of the bus had non-functioning plugs! And if you DO figure out a stop point, you have to REALLY wave to the guy or he'll just drive by which happened to me once later in the day, at which point I just said heck with it and WALKED the rest of the bit to the last few stop. It was just ridiculous. Don't waste your time! Get a good map and do it yourself. OR, if you really feel you want to do this, just do 1 day vs. 2. Trust me, you'll want to throw your hands in the air and give up by mid day! if you go, start at either 1 or 3. They stop RIGHT in front of Chopin Museum. All other stops are a guess!

This tour is an excellent way to start your visit to Warsaw. It only takes an hour to complete the circuit, consisting of ten stops. I would suggest that the company state that the starting point is right across the street from the railway station, or Warszawa Centralna. Saying the location is near the Ministry of Culture is quite misleading. The Soviet era building takes up a very large block and there's another location where there are local buses. Across from Warszawa Centralna is as precise as you can get. There is a small McDonald's sign to the left of the station sign. The website should also state that the main route is the Red line, since there is a Black line and a Blue line. The Red line is one bus, while the Black and Blue line is another bus. You can transfer from one to the other at certain locations. The blue line takes you across the river to the National stadium, while the black line goes by the Uprising Muzeum. The driver, who spoke good English, told us about the other lines. If you coordinate your visit, it could save a lot of walking.

I never got on the bus. According to the information the bus runs from 10 am to 5 pm April through September. I waited at the bus stop on Pilsudski Square from 10 am to 11:30 am and the bus did not appear. I looked for the bus throughout my 2 days in Warsaw and never saw it.

This was a disaster. We could not find the pick up location consequently it was a complete waste of money for us. We have learned that we will never prebook one of these tours as they often have such poor signage that one spends hours just looking for the starting point.

The worst hop on of bus we have ever used._br/_ Only one bus an hour, and then in middle of day has an hour off._br/_ Saturday and Sunday, three bus stops not available in Old Town area. There is not anywhere on the leaflet telling you this you only find out at the bus stop in Old Town, and then on a very small notice._br/_ Does not always stop unless you are right buy the driver and then he drove past one stop._br/_ Also bus stops are not clearly labeled as to it being the right stop.
