Great tour, spoilt a little by the persistent drizzle. The old town is amazing. Would have been great to spend more time there.

This is a hard tour to rate the tour itinerary was 5, but the tour guide was 1 so we averaged them for an overall 3. The tour covered the most important Warsaw sights and had a very nice walk through the Old Town section. As for the tour guide, as an analogy I will use that if you asked him for the time, you would get 30 minutes on how his watch works, but at the end of the 30 minutes you still wouldn't know the time! However, I recommend this tour as it is a good way to see Warsaw quickly and you hopefully will get a different guide.

I guess we were really lucky in having Agneska all to ourselves. She was delightful and very knowledgeable in giving us areal feel for the city of Warsaw and it's history. The mix of touring by bus and on foot was just right, enabling us to see parts of the city that I am sure we would have missed had we not opted for this tour.

The guide was great! He could speak many languages, knew things from all over the world and could explain everything about Warsaw and its history. He was always making sure that everyone was together and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this tour for people who want to know the culture and history of Warsaw.

The guide was very good and gave an excellent overview of Warsaw's main sights. The walk through the gardens was just beautiful with the autumn colours and lovely old buildings . There were 2 periods of 45 minutes of walking at a manageable pace. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Loved the tour. Our guide was very personable/likeable, and extremenly knowledgeable. One caveat which was great for me - there is a lot of walking on this tour, so wear comfortable shoes.

Were shown points of interest but tour was not as long as we were expecting. Tour time included picking up and dropping off tourists at hotels. Not really what should be included in tour. Tour guide several times mentioned keeping money for his tip

The bus picked me up quite promptly. We had a lovely tour guide who took us through all over Warsaw including memorial sights for the holocaust. Our tour ended with our group walking through Old Town. The bus then took us to everyones hotel. _br/_

The guide was more interested in hearing himself talk than showing us the sites of the city. Everytime we got to a place where there was something to see we were rushed through. Then when there was nothing to see he would stop and start talking, and talking, and talking some more.

Driver was 30 minutes late. Tour was supposed to be half day-but was actually 21/2 hours. Tour did not cover all areas specified (I think the tour guide started the tour before we were picked up). A small van with small windows was used which made it difficult to see sights and impossible to see tall structures. Tour guide was OK and her English was OK. I would skip this tour.

This tour was an excellent way of getting to know Warsaw in a short period of time, which was ideal for us only spending a day and a half in Warsaw. Hotel pick up is available from a number of hotels. Our guide spoke excellent English, was very friendly and obviously passionate about her city and also Poland in general. Overall an excellent half day tour..
