Warsaw Airport Private Departure Transfer

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Warsaw accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking (subject to availability) and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24-48 hours prior to your transfer, you will be required to call the supplier directly (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher) to reconfirm exact pick up time and places. It's that easy!

Price is per person, based on 9 adults per car/vehicle.

Arrived in time. Even though the Hotel is next where no car can drive next to the hotel. The driver picked us up at the reception of the hotel and helped my wife bring her luggage to the car. Very polite.

The driver was late. After waiting about 30 minutes we made a call and someone came proptly to get us. Due to part of the airport being blocked off the driver was creative to get us to the terminal. Everything turned out fine. We made the flight with his help.

We had a very early flight so it was very reassuring to have our driver arrive at our hotel ahead of time. It was sad ending our vacation but having a private driver made our departure more bearable.
