After pickup from your Airlie Beach hotel, you will be taken to the Abell Point Marina North for check-in procedures. After receiving a full safety briefing, depart in a sturdy inflatable raft for Whitehaven Beach in the Whitsunday Islands. The tour was perfectly organised, good time keeping, the captain Josh and the other crew member nice British girl whose name I didn't catch were knowledgeable, attentive to everyone and fun people who apparently love their job. I went on the Southern tour, just one snorkelling spot, snorkelling was not impressive - due to the recent rain the water was not really transparent but nothing could be done about it The rest was great - the walk to the lookout, Whitehaven beach we spent around an hour and a half which for me was not enough but still gives you the opportunity to relax and enjoy the beautiful setting, the ride! The sea was rough, the raft was jumping up and down, lots of screaming and laughing maybe not good for people who are afraid or get sick in the sea but though I am not the bravest, I really enjoyed it. Overall, great fun and many new experiences, great way to see Whitehaven beach. Recommended!

Amazing day! Our tour guides Rossco and Danni were great fun and extremely knowledgeable. We had a fab time snorkelling and even got to see some turtles! We were also lucky enough to have whales and dolphins come up to the boat! Whitehaven beach was incredible and we had plenty time to enjoy.

A great day tour to see the Whitsunday Islands and Whitehaven beach! The raft was great fun but goes pretty fast and can get bumpy so it's not really for the faint hearted. Tim and Sarah were our tour guides and made sure everyone had a good time. I went on the Southern tour so did a bit of snorkeling and spent more time on the beach. Neither is to be missed! The beach is stunning and you will see some great views! The lunch is optional but I do recommend it as there was quite a good selection of tasty dishes.

We booked the northern exposure tour. The snorkeling at two sites was really great. Beautiful color for fish and coral, even saw a small shark harmless and a sea turtle. Whitehaven beach is spectacular! This tour allowed plenty of time at the beach. Once you get to whitsunday island, there is a public toilet along the bush walk trail. There is also a toilet on the raft. The staff were great. We enjoyed this snorkeling trip more that Reefworld. I would highly recommend this tour for better snorkeling. Lunch is not included, and can be purchased for reasonable price. I would suggest bringing water and some snacks. I would do this trip again!

Despite the weather being less than ideal, the team was great and very accomodating. They warned everyone before the tour that the waves would be rough, so you had the choice to go on another day. The guides were very knowledgeable and we spotted many whales on our trip. Highly recommend this tour. We did the Northern Exposure.

An outstanding day which had everything - Whitehaven Beach and the hill lookout which was spectacular, snorkelling, whale watching, and some thrills on the ride back to Airlie Beach. The best way to travel to Whitehaven Beach with great crew - a most enjoyable day. No need for shoes for the hill lookout walk, thongs are fine and take a windcheater or jacket as it can get cool while on the water. There are waterproof tubs on the 'raft' to keep clothes and belongings dry.

Absolutely fantastic tour and amazing team at ocean rafting. Emma was very bubbly and was very knowledgeable about the Whitsunday islands and seemed interested in talking with you. The tour had a very personal feel to it as it was not over crowded and everyone was looked after well. The snorkling experiences were amazing - 45 minutes each. The first session we saw coral reef and even lucky enough to see turtles and on the second snorkling spot we saw some large amazing fish. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Airlie beach.

This was a great tour and enjoyed the day. The boat was a little crowded, but to be expected as it was peak season. There are no issues if you sit on the side of the raft during the ride out and back. Whitehaven Beach is a must see!!

This tour uses the phrase 'The ride of your life'....and they aren't wrong. It was a terrific trip and our hosts, Ross and Timmy were just brilliant. They are friendly, informative and engaging. The snorkeling around the Whitsunday Island was amazing. The walk around Whitehaven Beach was brilliant and the walk up to the lookout is well worth it. The buffet lunch was terrific and bonus is they don't even make you do the dishes!! I would highly recommend this tour to everyone!!

utstanding trip to Whitehaven Beach! Thrill seeking raft ride, snorkelling with turtles, swimming with stingrays and the spectacular Whitehaven Beach! I chose the Southern tour which had more beach time, but we still got an hour snorkelling at a great spot with beautiful coral and fish. We then headed to Whitehaven Beach and a bush walk to the Hill Inlet lookout to see the incredible swirling tide patterns which is just breathtaking. Lunch on the beach and then an hour of free time to spend swimming in the crystal blue sea and walking on the pure white sands. There was a northerly wind on the day of our trip which meant we couldn't go to the southern side of the beach, which is the most popular part for tourists, but the north side is so much better and I'm glad we got to stay there. Also, Ocean Rafting is the only tour company with permit rights to stay on the beach at Hill Inlet, so on the way home we saw all the other day trips moored at a different island because they were unable to stop at Whitehaven Beach, so I was very glad I chose my tour with Ocean Rafting otherwise I would have missed out completely - just one of the reasons they are the number one tour operator in the Whitsundays! Others include well organised trips, great tour guides, we had Jason and Ross, who were very knowledgeable and informative, friendly and helpful and very funny, making jokes on the trip to keep us entertained and make the day enjoyable for everyone. An awesome day and would definitely recommend this tour over other sailing tours which take twice as long to get to the island and so reduce the amount of time to enjoy the amazing views, and who doesn't like to add a bit of adventure to the day with some ocean rafting!

This Ocean Rafting tour to Whitehaven Beach was amazing. The most amazing thing of a lot of amazing things we did on our 17-day trip to Australia. So fun. The boat ride was great, the beaches were great, the snorkeling was unreal. Our instructors were great too. This was awesome. Highly recommended.
