Upon your return transfer simple meet your driver at a prearranged time in the foyer of your hotel to be transferred to the airport for your departure flight.
The service offers the experience of veteran drivers, with a minimum three years professional driving experience.
I was glad I booked the shuttle but the driver pitched up with a car that could not fit all our suitcases. As a result we had case with us in the back seat which was a bit uncomfortable. He was quite caring though, made sure that we were happy with our accommodation and had checked in before we left._br/_ When he fetched us again on our departure from Xian, he did come with a different vehicle to accommodate all our luggage and also took us right to the check-in counters

This worked out great for us, as we arrived the driver was waiting for us, grabbed our luggage and wisked us off to our Hotel which was about an hour plus away. The City is a bit crazy when it comes to traffic and we would of never made it by driving. The cars were clean

The guide had noted that the plane was delayd and went to breakfest, obviously without cheking the estimated time of arrival. Consequently, he was not there when we arrived. We had to call the local agent to get hold of the guide. When he arrived, the driver was absent. All this delayed the separture by some 45 minutes.

This is essential but the English guide did not go back to the airport with me. She also told me that the booking that I had made for the night I arrived was cancelled and I would go the following night. I objected and my booking was reinstated.

As I was visiting Xian on my own I jhought it better to make it as stressfree and possible and booked the airport to hotel trip. There was a misunderstanding about my return flight, but Linda, my guide , couldn't have done more to sort everything out

Excellent service; was there when I arrived and gave me a good introduction to Xi'an on the way to my hotel. Prompt pickup service as well. I would definitely use this service again if I went back to Xi'an.
