This tour is very organised and cover lots of experience during one day._br/_ I highly recommend this tour for short term stay

We went there for a panorama view, but its snowy and all you can see is fog. To make it worst, the tour guide cut the time we spent on top from 2 hours to 1 hour. My kids wasnt able to play on the snow as they want us to go down asap. It's just bad. I do hope they have at least a partial refund of the payment as we did not get the real value of what we paid for. We live in UAE and the additional time playing on snow is a great fun for my kids. _br/_ The trip is a winter day trip, and they didnt even give us time to play on the snow.

Great budget friendly trip for those who do not have cars or ability to rent a car here. Provided everything you need for the day trip except food, and views were great! I would do this again, but beware that most of the tour is not guided.

A godd day,. Be prepared when visiting in winter with appropriate foot ware and clothing. The tarp gave time to oneself to explore. Pick up inLucerne was late.

The day was terrible. The weather was very bad and the company didn't advise me. The company didn't offer any support, just left me on the montain, gave me the tickets and i did all by my self. I'm a tourist i dont know what is the best day to make this kind of visit, was one obligation that company advise me about the wheater and that it was impossible see anything on the mountain that day. If was a serious company they would refunded my money or advise me to go up to mountain another day. In resume, i dont indicat this company to anyone.

The tour is actually guide less which was fine because it gave me ample time to explore on my own. The view of the Swiss Alps were magnificent and breathtakingly beautiful. Good snow anti-slip boots are highly recommended. After exploring Mt Rigi, the ride down on the cogwheel tram was another awesome experience. Then a boat ride to Lucerne and another unguided free time to explore until the tour bus pick-up back to Zurich. Overall, I'm satisfied and happy with the tour by Best of Switzerland Tours.

Overall it was fine. Part of the trip was unescorted which ended up being fine, however in the description this was not clearly explained. I would have felt better about the process if I had been advised when I purchased the ticket.

Highly Recommended !The Day trip was very well planned ,did may things and in a leisure pace .The scenery was breathtaking from Mount Rigi ._br/_ Love the ride on the elegant criuse ship with magnificent view of the lake ,just perfect sipping a glass of wine ._br/_ I would love to visit again .

The weather white-out whipping winds! didn't make for a great time at the top of Mount Rigi and I have to admit some nervousness in the aerial cable car due to the high winds we were one of the last trips up the mountain before they had to shut the car down for the day because of the winds! but the train ride down the mountain and the Lake Lucerne ferry excursion by itself was worth it. Enjoyed my unguided walking tour of Lucerne. While the entire day could have been managed without buying the tour, there was significant value in buying the tour and not having to figure out how to get from Point A to Point B on your own. I enjoyed the convenience of having all of the transportation pre-booked for me and really enjoyed the sights, even with less than optimal weather. The guide for the bus portion of the tour was both knowledgeable and friendly. You shouldn't have any regrets booking this trip!

Loved this trip! You get to see so much and I liked that it's mostly self-guided. It was easy to get from one meeting point to the next. Really enjoyed the train ride up through the snowy mountains and the boat ride across to Lucerne. Beautiful scenery!

This was not a guided tour. We were dropped off at Mount Rigi and then told where to be picked up in Lucerne. We had an enjoyable day looking at things, just did not have any information as to what we were looking at.
