Biggest waste of time and money! This tour could have been done independently! Tour guide and bus driver was very nice and knowledgeable but the Rhine Falls are NOTHING to rave about. Its only called the biggest waterfall because its wide! There is nothing special about this place. Then what angered me off even more is that while on the bus, the tour guide tells us we can do an optional boat ride. My husband and I were the only two who didnt opt to do it. She was convincing everyone that the views fronm the boat are wonderful and its an amazing experience and going on and on about it. It was 10 Swiss francs per person. Since we were the only two left out, we decided to just do it. Well, let me tell u, the dam boat went in a small circle and close to the waterfall but it was suchhhhhh a joke! Again, it was on,y great cuz you literally went by the waterfall! _br/_ Dont book this tour, save your money and do something else!

We had a great time on this tour, given we were only in Zurich for a couple of days. The trip to the Rhine Falls was excellent, and we would definitely recommend doing the optional boat trip, as it takes you extremely close to the water fall.

It was a nice tour, the tour guide knew a lot and was willing to help with problems that may occurred. The time at Rhine falls was too short. I didn't even had the time to go to the bathroom and its hard to enjoy the view of the falls and take pictures on every viewing point if you don't have enough time, plus there are other people there taking photos and such. After Rhine falls we returned to Zurich and I had to wait for 2 and a half hours for the next tour yes you can go eat or something, but if you are on a budget and just eat something small or have food with you, that time is too long.

The rhine falls were spectacular, and the extra cost for the boat ride right up to the falls was well worth it. Once back on land, we wished that our tour guide had told us the only way back out was by the elevator, climbing the stairs to the top and then having to go back down was not bad we just really needed to use the washroom!!._br/_ The city tour was very good, and a nice way to orient yourself in Zurich!

A very nice trip. I think people should some research to see if you can do it alone as there is s station very next to the falls. There is a boat ride too which takes near to the fall. Do check if u can do it yourself this may save few chf

Rhine falls are good but city tour was not worth a single cent. Even Rhine falls one could have gone by train if there is no interest in seeing suburbs of zurich.

The scenery and the fall are both awesome. You have to be there to experience it. No photos can replace the joy of being there. The tour was very nice and the guide very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip.

Superb trip must go. we went on 17 Dec 2016 and I will recommend winter dec s best time to travel Europe._br/_ Guide explain most of the sight seen . Must buy cuckoo clock from shop you can get 100-300 euro a good one near to Rhine Falls.

Excellent trip to the falls as well as the city tour. Even though it was holiday we could see some important places in the city. The boat ride in the river was exceptional as they take you very close to the falls. Overall a very good trip.

Rhine Falls were fabulous and there was plenty of time to wander and explore. Our guide so sorry, I don't remember his name gave lots of information. Really enjoyed this. The city tour was also nice. My one negative comment was that we had to line up in the morning to check in for the tour. There was a break after the Rhine Falls and then we had to line up again to sign up for the city tour and get a time. It was cold and rainy, so not at all pleasant. It would have been much more efficient to have everyone sign up for the city tour time slot either at time of booking or else at the initial check in for the Rhine Falls part of the tour.

I missed the Rhine Falls tour due to my own timing issues but the Best of Zurich city tour was decent. The Lindt chocolate store tour was cancelled because there weren't enough people signed up. I am glad because it was very easy to get to the chocolate stores Springli in the city center. I was issued a full refund for the chocolate store tour being cancelled.

The Rhine Falls was a spectacular sight to see! You are transported there by a small coach. The visit is pretty basic. Drive about an hour to the site and then return back to Zurich. The Zurich tour was pretty interesting. It is a combination of views from the coach and a walking tour. The tour is complete before nightfall, so you will have the evening to do other things.

I actually did the Saver 3 which includes Lindt Chocolate factory tour. The name of the tour is misleading as we did not tour the factory, we just went to the Lindt chocolate shop in the factory compound. The amazing tour guide Trudy made the experience still amazing because she is very kind, helpful and is fun to be with.

The falls were beautiful and very full at the time of our visit in Oct. What we didn't learn ahead of our visit was the number of stairs required to get down to actually see the falls! It was a warm day and we found the amount of stairs to be almost too much for us. If you are over 60, inquire before you go, if you have any difficulty with a lot of stair climbing!

This tour was worth doing, but hopefully you have a better tour guide than we did for the Rhine Falls. Our guide for the Rhine Falls really didn't do the tour justice, aside from promising to come and let us know when our bus arrived and to wait over by the bus shelter out of the rain, then failing to even attempt to find us - we were lucky we were a little more vigilant otherwise we would have missed our tour waiting for him to do as he promised. The tour guide really just went through the motions, and when we arrived at the falls he simply walked the tour group down to the boat, our tour guide didn't give any insight to what we were seeing or even bother to show any of us where we needed to head back to, aside from telling us as we were on the boat to head to the elevator to go back up - so exactly where do we go for that - would have avoided a number of us floundering around trying to find the exit point after our boat trip. Instead, he and his two colleagues headed back up to the cafe and waited there, glad they got lunch. On a tight schedule, we had a few minutes to look through the souvenirs before being back on the bus. Purchasing the two tours, there was no time allowance for a meal or any kind of nourishment before the second tour commenced - that is poor organizing. The city tour, however, was a far better run tour and we really enjoyed the guide and the information, but after two tours back to back we were beyond hungry at the conclusion of the second tour.

We purchased the 2 tours, arriving before the bus our tour guide assured us he would come and get us as soon as the bus for the Rhine Falls tour arrived. We headed to the shelter out of the rain, however, our tour guide failed to even attempt to find us, lucky for us, we were a little more vigilant than he was and we noticed he had moved and was now doing the final call for our tour - had it not been for us we would have missed the tour even though we were there before the bus did! The guide didn't get much better, upon arriving at the falls, he directed the tour to follow him down to the boat and what time we had to be back on the bus by. So we headed off, our guide leading us to the boat ramp for our boat cruise, unfortunately, our guide failed to point out to the group as we passed the trail back to the elevator. So he loads all his group onto the boat and then says he will meet us all back at the top, catch the elevator back up, resulting in a number of the group floundering looking for the way to the elevator. Finally locating it, we arrived to find the guide, the driver, and their assistant all sitting in the cafe finishing off a meal, by now we had a few minutes to do a spot of souvenir shopping. We arrived back in Zurich just in time for the second tour to commence, meaning we had no time to eat between tours and there was no eating on the bus so you couldn't even buy something to eat on the way. Our second tour guide was great, he was very informative and lead a well-run tour through the pretty city. Unfortunately, the poorly organised timing of the tours back to back meant that we had no time to eat and by the conclusion of the second tour we were very hungry. If your taking these tours and wanting to do the boat cruise - pack a sandwich to eat.

Wow, what an amazing place. I had very limited time on my trip to Switzerland and this tour was fantastic, the Rhine Falls is breath taking. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and we even popped across the border to Germany on the way back, which was an added bonus. The city highlights was thoroughly enjoyable and insightful. Highly recommend both tours.

Great excursion, but very tiring- we started at around 0930 hrs and didn't finish until after 1700 hrs. The Rhine Falls experience was particularly fun! Wasn't aware that the last part of the trip the Lake Zurich cruise required so much walking. After the Lindt outlet we had to walk to the boat terminal no more bus ride available at this point, and when the boat ride was over you walk to a nearby tram station to catch a tram to get back to where ever you were going. It was difficult going for my wife who has a hip problem. Those with ambulation problems might want to be aware of the amount of walking required.

It was a wonderful tour. According to this tour we crossed over to the German border which was not called for rather they should have taken us around the schaffhausen village. _br/_ The best of Zurich tour was fantastic. And our guide margarita was very knowledgeable and informative. And we really liked the walking tour.

The Rhine Falls Tour was really nice. The view especially during the boat ride was spectacular. Our tour guide was very prompt and provided much needed information. The Zurich City tour was a bit disappointing though. Just had seconds to look at some sites since the bus does not slow down for us to get some photo. Guide seemed to be in a hurry also.

There isn and #39;t enough room for all I have for this company, #1 being if you are going to pay that much money and be on a tour for eight hours, you must have bathrooms available somewhere, as well as food and water. Whether for purchase or not, must be available. A visit to the Lindt store isnt a tour
