The van was smelly and dirty and the driver barely spoke english. He decided to drop me at arrivals at an airport I know nothing about because he said the line up for departures was too long. I had two big suitcases and a bag and had to find my way to departures and my airline. He drove really fast and I felt really uncomfortable on one of the curves that we were actually going to crash. Then at the end he actually stood there looking at me to give a tip. Would not use again.

I give this shuttle service a resounding ZERO I would give them negative stars if that was possible. The service from our hotel to LAX was disastrous and the driver point blank refused to help and so did the company when I called. Dispatch was too chicken to speak to me at all and Reservation had no control over anything, according to them, so they did nothing also. Nabel was a very old man that kept telling me not to upset him because he had to drive so after about 10 times I told him that he should not be doing this job and that finally shut him up. Besides this transfer we also took a tour with them and we had to change buses 5 times it was ridiculous!! I highly recommend that no one use this service and maybe they will go out of business because they definitely do not know how to run a business.

Although the drivers are on time, when you call to confirm pick up we seemed to be never in their system and they have to add you in. I don't think we would use Super Shuttle again. As I mentioned in another review they pack in too many passengers into vans that aren't that roomy

A few problems confirming booking because for some reason it had not been passed to them. Bus arrived at about the time when we were told. No problems with the drive to the airport or the drop off at the airport. The terminal we had on the documentation from the airline was wrong but the driver knew it was wrong when we told him and got us to the correct terminal

Our departure from the Disneyland Resort on Tuesday May 16th was a much better experience than our arrival. Upon confirmation 24 hrs prior to pick up and advising that we would all have exactly what the luggage requirement was, we only had 7 of us in the van going back to LAX International. The driver was great and we arrived in good time without having to rush. Once again thank you and I would have no hesitation in using you again.

Appreciated the text when we arrived to where to go. However when I got to the stand there was nobody there and we waited for almost an hour to get a van! This was not what I expected. I think an hour is a bit ridiculous to have to stand there and wait.

Great service but CALL the number before hand. When we called they knew nothing about the booking - super helpful and made it happen but it had been booked through Viator but was a 3rd party contractor who had not received information.

The driver was a bit rude and almost refused the voucher as it didn't clearly state Super Shuttle on it but after showing the driver the original email he finally took voucher. Super Shuttle itself was a little dysfunctional as the predetermined pick up time wasn't enough almost missed flight thank god for quick security and a little boarding delay. Overall I would take them again but not wanting to repeat experience with the driver and poor guest service on their part. This voucher is a great way to save money and get back/ forth from the Disneyland area for cheap!

The service of Pick Up from location to Airport is nice, they can get few minutes 10-15min delay but nothing to important, they told you the pickup time, according to your flight, and as you are sharing the ride with other customers it could be some extra time but it is ok.

Very courteous and professional driver. He let us know ahead of time that he had to make a detour to drop off another passenger at a small airport and for us not to worry that we are on the right shuttle van. It took longer but I appreciated his thoughtfulness.
