Price is per person, based on three passengers per sedan or five per minivan.
The agent called me near the agreed time of meeting that the original driver had issues and therefore could not do the transfer. The replacement driver arrived about an hour later than the agreed time. Thankfully, I was wise enough to give ample time - Otherwise I could have missed my flight. I gave a two-star rating, because it was nevertheless a comfortable ride.

Would never arrange travel with these people again. As i was coming from overseas via LA to Altanta and they had the ticket info they went to the wrong arrivals section. Took me ages to get in contact with them as i had no way of phoning. _br/_ After sorting things out driver still went to wrong area.

The drivers were very professional and on time and gave excellent directions as to where they were located which I appreciated since they had to pick me up at the airport and midtown Atlanta where it was obvious parking was at a premium and since I had never been to Atlanta before, I really appreciated their timely communication.

Unfortunately had the same limousine service as we did on arrival and surprise, surprise it was the same driver and he was late, again!_br/_ Had to call the car service again to locate him, finally arrived, lots of excuses, simply bad service.

This is very poor service that I do not recommend at all. The driver was supposed to pick up at 6:30 AM but called to say he was late. Again he called to say he was running late but meanwhile it was pouring rain and there was terrible traffic getting to the airport from my hotel in Alpharetta. There was no way I could get to my flight on time if I didn't leave right then. I could not wait any longer and got alternate transportation and just made the flight.

The driver was nearly an hour late and turned up without shoes on, just socks! Because of him being late we were completely rushed at the airport.

To begin we did not get the minivan we paid for. I am handicapped and it is difficult for me to get into a car. The driver was suppose to be at the airport waiting for us at baggage-was not. When I called we were told he was running late to go downstairs to the street and he would pick us up. Thank goodness for an airport wheelchair assistant who was willing to continue to push me and understood where we were to wait. A towncar is NOT a minivan.

We werw quoted one price and had to pay an additional $35.25 to be picked and taken to the airport on July 21, 2013. I had arlready $132.73 before leaving Detroit. I was told that I would not have to add any more fees that night before departed Detroit.
