the only thing I would suggest is when going to a far away place like DC they should only have DC travelers on the van or people on the way to DC. It took me 2 1/2 hours for a trip that would of taken take 45 minutes .

Very easy to find the pick up site from BWI airport. The lady dispatcher is very helpful and nice. There were 5 passengers in my ride, I was the 2nd to be drop off. The driver lady was nice too but she took extra cautiousness while driving every car passed us..., it took a little longer to go to my hotel, nevertheless, it's absolutely a safe ride.

It was hard to locate them at the airport as they no longer have the kiosk and only people who are walking around in blue jackets. Even then the person who was supposed to be there was not. Then I find out that my reservation through viator was not confirmed when I arrived which meant I had to wait an hour before I could even get on a van to the city.

Shuttle driver was professional and very helpful. Nevertheless, it was difficult to locate the agent at the airport as it was difficult to identify the agent who was seated on a chair with no desk nor sign. Had to keep asking where was the agent.

Convenient but be patient depending on how many others are on your van needing drop off/pickup. Our trip from Baltimore to hotel in DC took about 40-45 minutes with traffic.

The person at the airport desk had real trouible understanding that we were two people who had booked separately but were going to the same place. Although I had put an address in when booking she insisted that I was going to another hotel. She was rude, and unhelpful. My companion was blind and she did not look at either of us so we had no idea to whom she was talking even though she had both our names._br/_ Our driver on the other hand, was excellent, helpful, and made sure the confusion was cleared up.

We just took the shuttle to DC. There was some misunderstanding about the shuttle number. When I asked the driver if he were taking us ;(#857), he said "No." We were puzzled when he drove off. Later he came back for us.

The trip in the supper shuttle was good and comfortable. The lady at the airport did not know that I was going to a private home and said that Viator ONLY sales trips to hotels. Is that so? it wasn't clear in your website which is too busy. Also, you voucher was not clear to the supper shuttle lady and she had to make two phone calls about my reservation to a private home, which I had done not Viator with supper shuttle. Clarify if you sale to hotels only and private homes or not. Then make reservation with supper shuttle accordingly.

Well I arrived at the airport at 2:30 and reported to desk for shuttle they could not find reservation even with confirmation # finally after much confusion told me it would be 25 minutes 1 hour later I asked when is the van coming then they forgot to put me in the system so I got to the omni at 6

Disaster!! Material said shuttle would only go to hotels....NOT. WE WENT TO SEVERAL PERSONAL RESIDENCES!!!! We spent more time on the shuttle, than on the airplane getting here!!! Will never use you again!!

I had to wait 45min for the shuttle after checking in and then the ride itself took 1h, 40min. If I had known the shuttles took so long I would have jumped on the AMTRAK.

It was nice to have the shuttle booked. It was fast and easy. The people where friendly, but it took us 2 hours to get to our hotel because we were the last stop of 4 stops. So, you may be the first stop or the last...so plan for it. I would score this higher, but I had not planned on such a long ride.

The shuttle desk was easy to find and we didn't have to wait. Got right on the shuttle and was taken to DC. Dropped right off at the hotel. Super easy. We able to get a direct flight into Baltimore from Seattle so the half hour drive into DC was no problem.
