Fantastic day trip. This is our first time taking a tour such as this and it did not disappoint . The views were spectacular and we were given plenty of time at each site to take in the view and take pictures. Our guides Dustin and Jono were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this tour. It takes the stress of driving and having to find parking off so that you can enjoy the trip.

We visited lake louise, moraine lake, spiral tunnel and saw a freight train passing through, lunch at Emerald lake and Takkawanka falls.Wow what a full day and had plenty of time to take snaps and enjoy each place. The driver was so good at reversing the coach on the sharp incline to Takkawanka falls and dealing with the issues that involved. He was also very knowledgeable.

The tour was everything we had hoped. The scenery was spectacular and the pace of the day was relaxed and enjoyable. We were always given enough time to take in all of the sights. The lunch @ the lodge @ Emerald Lake was very good and it was great to sit and get to know others from the group. Everything went smoothly and punctually. Our driver was very professional, especially on some difficult turns_br/_ going up the mountains. He pointed out various points of interest throughout the day but he could have been more energetic and engaging in his delivery. Highly recommend the trip!

The lakes are beautiful. The waterfall was long but nothing after seeing Niagara! Seeing a chipmunk on the path was great. The snow on the Rockies made the trip even more picturesque. Beautiful country side.

Oh, my...!! The scenery was absolutely incredible! It was really nice for my husband to sit back and enjoy the view instead of driving. The guide was really wonderful. We saw such beautiful places! Enjoyed a nice lunch at one of the lakes. The weather was gorgeous. We were so impressed with the entire area and trip!

Excellent tour. Rick and Danni, our hosts, were very knowledgeable and one could immediately tell they enjoyed showing visitors the beauty of Banff and surrounding areas. Bus was very new and clean. Snack provided was nice and lunch good. Well worth it and provides much more information than one would glean trying to do it alone. Highly recommend this tour for first time visitors to Banff and Lake Louise.

Expected a few more waterfalls but the ones we saw were lovely. The lakes were mirror smooth and all in all a lovely day..the only problem was a lot of steps and stairs for lunch but lunch was great just take the shuttle to the lodge for lunch...Patrick and Erin were wonderful.
