When booking on this site no reservation is actually made. That needed to be done in a second step which I was told by the actually transportation firm, is not shared with customers. I followed all steps and still missed two shuttles and spent 15 minutes on the phone with actual transport company to get it straightened out. Very frustrating!

Some difficulty finding the desk and pick up point and quite a lengthy wait. Vehicle was a bit difficult to get in and out of and quite dirty. However, once on the road, a good trip to our hotel.

Although the drivers are on time, when you call to confirm pick up we seemed to be never in their system and they have to add you in. I don't think we would use Super Shuttle again. As I mentioned in another review they pack in too many passengers into vans that aren't that roomy

This is an excellent way to get from the airport at a reasonable price. I did have a little trouble finding the check-in desk, but everything else was smooth. Our driver was very courteous and helpful.

It would have helped to be clearly advised to look for the Super Shuttle service desk. I was under the impression that all I needed to do was to make a phone call after I had made the reservation. . .lots of extra walking at the airport and walking is difficult for me.

The lady at the super shuttle counter was friendly and very helpful. Our driver was very informative on what was going on in the city for upcoming events and when asked made suggestions for places to check out. We were the second to last people to get on the van so the wait for was very short. Overall it was a great experience.

E ticket voucher was not accepted by the 5th driver. We were told to go to your office inside the airport to have the e ticket voucher validated. Driver one told us that his van was for a special group booking.Driver 2, 3 and 4 were also shown our e ticket and said to wait for the van was on its way.

The driver who was supposed to arrive at 3 :10 arrived late and could not take us because the previous travelers he picked up had so much luggage there was no room for my daughter and I. We had to wait in 90 degree heat for the next shuttle making our total wait time almost an hour. This was not a pleasant way to start a vacation.

the driver of the shuttle did not seem to recognize the voucher we had.we were going to be given the run around.told to go to another area for pick up.driver was on the phone for a while before we were accommodated.otherwise, smooth trip from airport to our hotel.

I was somewhat disappointed with my transfer from the airport to my downtown Denver hotel. My flight arrived at 3:17 pm and I was informed that shuttles leave every 20 minutes and the next shuttle would leave at 16:00. After waiting for about 25 minutes the shuttle driver arrived and I was loaded into the shuttle. However, my shuttle didn't leave until around 4:30 due to what seemed to be disorganization--meaning shuttles do NOT leave every 20 minutes as no others arrived in the time that I was waiting for/in the shuttle. Additionally I didn't arrive at my hotel until after 5:30 pm due to the time it took to drive around and drop people off at different downtown hotels. Overall, it seemed to be very disorganized and inefficient but the shuttle driver insinuated this was a rare occurrence. Although inconvenient, I did not have to be to my hotel by a specific time.

Great service and very helpful driver. As we were the first of the pick ups, the driver took the time to tell us a bit about the area we were getting the other people from. I would happily use this company and service when returning to the city or in any of their other locations.

We waited between 1 and 2 hours for transportation to the Hotel. The only highlight of the trip was the van driver, Brian I think was his name was very nice. We lost an ipad on the shuttle and he was kind enough to return it to us. Thanks

Didn't realize I needed to find the counter before going outside. Also didn't realize I hadn't booked directly with the shuttle company and that resulted in some confusion at the counter. No one provided a confirmation number on my ticket for the return trip, but that all got worked out by phone. I will use your service again, and what I learned this trip will help next time. Old dogs can learn new tricks.

The representative at the super shuttle counter had never heard of Viator but did honor the voucher although the price at the counter was 4.00 less than what I paid on Viator. Making the reservation in advance online doesn't reserve a spot on a van immediately following your flight. I still had to check in and then wait for 45 minutes at the airport for the next shuttle.

The bottom line is that my shuttle from the Denver airport to my downtown hotel was quite pleasant, certainly inexpensive, and quick, despite it being a Friday afternoon during rush hour. But I must share a funny story about this particular shuttle trip. I had been to Colorado a few times in my life before this trip, but I had never flown in to the Denver airport before. When I called your customer service number to ask how I was to connect with your service once I de-planed, your rep with a heavy accent told me that someone would be waiting for me holding a sign with my last name on it. As an experienced traveler, I knew the possibility of this being true was practically nil, so I wasnt at all surprised that that didnt happen. I had to figure out on my own that I had to take the airport train to the main building and then to locate your counter on my own. If you really need to outsource your customer service, then you really should instruct the workers in India not to blatantly lie. Ill probably use your shuttle again, but I have and will continue to share this episode that was kind of funny to me but would probably really frustrate or anger some less-experienced travelers.

There were so many people who were waiting for the shuttle to travel downtown that I would have had to wait for 3-4 hours on the curb as there was only 1 van working. Ended up getting other transportation.

SuperShuttle counter is hard to find in Denver airport. However, you must find it to use your Viatour voucher since there is no communication between Viatour and SuperShuttle or so they say. Once you receive your SuperShuttle ticket and proceed to the meeting point, you will be packed into a van that holds 12 people. And I mean packed. Do not use this service if you are a large person and need a little extra room. If you can get past all of these obstacles, the delivery to your downtown hotel is fine.

The driver was right outside of the airport when I exited the terminal. No wait time. I guess I just timed it right. The trip was during commute time, so there was a lot of traffic. He seemed to know some shortcuts, which helped.

This shuttle service will eventually deliver you to your destination, however, they should re-organize their operation at the airport, big time. The printed out instructions on the ticket is no way what you need to do to get on a shuttle, not to mention you will also have a hard time even finding the pick-up location (No Pick-Up Signs Any Where) You will also have to exchange the printed ticket at their station IN the airport before the driver will let you on, so we had to go back into the airport, look for their station, and exchange the printed tickets that the driver will accept. What made it worst is that after finally finding their in the airport station, the two ladies behind the counter was not happy employees. They both was glad to have you wait and they moved like the walking dead. Un- called for delays............

Shuttle pick up from airport was about 30 minutes late. Only after several awaiting passengers called customer service did a representative from the local counter come out to let us know the cause of the delay and expected deparature.

Service was late by 15 minutes, there wasn't anyone that could tell it why it was late. I am going to Denver in September and I will walk before I use this service again,!
