This was a great option albeit a lot more expensive than a taxi would have been which we did not know until we got there. It is always nice to have someone waiting for you at the airport. Although expensive I would do it again for the convenience.

Well, the transfer itself was perfect. The driver showed up right on time, with a sign holding my name at the arrivals hall, etc. A little weird, though, when the second thing out of his mouth after hello was "What are you doing tomorrow?" This later made sense when, not 15 minutes after I walked into my hotel room, the driver's boss called my room requesting to meet me in the lobby to discuss his company's other offerings (a food walking tour). As I'd been traveling for 20 hours it was a bit irritating; needless to say I did not book any other tour.

As a solo traveller, first time in Vietnam, it was great to have someone to welcome me and navigate the infamous Hanoi traffic for me!! My driver had enough English for small conversation, a beautiful car, and he was a safe driver so glad I spent the $ to do this. Would absolutely do it again.

The pick up itself was great - the guide was waiting for me when I got through customs and the transfer to my hotel was very smooth. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that I didn't actually want a private transfer, I was travelling alone and to save costs I wanted a shared transfer, however, I couldn't book this as there needs to be a minimum of two people to book a shared transfer (which partially defeats the purpose of shared transfer)

It's always great to be met at the airport without all the hassle of getting transport. It was easy to spot our pick up service and we only had a very short wait before the car came for us. A transfer guide was with us all the time till we got to the hotel. We also arranged a day trip to Halong Bay on out way to the hotel in Hanoi which was great!

This was a huge disappointment. Although we had booked a private transfer we were herded with other people and made to wait until a large group had been assembled. We were then led out of the airport to a van without any seatbelts. The driver was unconcerned that my family was at risk for the hour long journey to our hotel. We had paid for a private service, a safe vehicle and an expedient transfer to our hotel. What we received failed on every level. It was a complete rip off and a total waste of money. I am only giving one star because that is the minimum

Very good service. We were met at the airport with a clearly marked sign, along with the appropriate documents to ensure the driver was ours. Although not hugely chatty on the way to our hotel, he gave us welcome guidebooks and we were in a plush, airconditioned car. Would recommend for ease of getting from Hanoi airport to your hotel and since there are numerous 'taxi scams' in and around Hanoi airport.

There are 2 arrival places, A and B. Although we arrived with others on our flight, we were not met. FOrtunately, another person phoned the Ground Transportation people and we were told that someone would be there in 15-20 minutes. It was 5 minutes. The greeter was at the wrong arrival place. This is confusing.
