Terrible experience! this is the second time i have written this, i guess they think i will alter my review. Picked up at airport and spent an hour in the bus waiting for other guests. Driver was taking people in and out of the bus as he was unsure who should have been in the bus. He left us all in the bus for twenty minutes whilst he went to find some people, during which time we was approached by an airport worker and told the bus shouldnt be parked where it was! We did not use my return travel voucher so we lost our moneyas could not contact the company. You are put through to an automated service which placed us in a cue for 30 mins. I wasnt spending my holiday on the phone in a cueue. The hotel staff where we were staying kindly tried several times whilst we went on our day out, but were placed in a cueue also. There is no way of speaking to someone in person! We decided to travel by ouba instead as we found them cheaper and very reliable. I would never use Viator again for transport, and suggest nobody else does unless you want a stressful experience and would like to ruin your holiday!!!!

When we arrived at airport expecting a shuttle to be waiting for us, were were told to go to desk, where they had no record of our booking. We showed them out paid voucher and they booked a shuttle for us then. Why was there no record??? Not good Viator.

The lady at the desk was so unbelievably rude and said we can't use the phone to call nor does she call for the shuttle! The driver arrived about 15 minutes and was so slow. He didn't even offer to put luggage in the car, my husband had to. He said how they weren't busy and other people were using alternative transport? Really? NO surprise there. This cost us 75USD and we used Uber on the return for 35USD and it was amazing and we tipped the driver. Will never use Viator.com ever for transport transfers but for tours they are excellent.

Despite having an arrival time, had to wait almost an hour at the shuttle desk for the shuttle, and then was the last to be dropped off. They even tried to tell me that it would be a two hour wait...which I would have taken a taxi instead if I had not prepaid for this. Very unpredictable I guess.

Shuttle was great once we were on but there was a little bit of a wait and a few loops of the airport before we were able to get on our way but the driver was very polite and helpful and the vehicle was clean and cool.

I wouldn't have given this driver a one star but at least he got me to my location in one piece. I do not agree with a driver that is constantly plugging away at the GPS while driving and constantly looking down at the GPS - that is the same equivalent as texting and just as dangerous. If necessary, he should have plugged in all dresses before leaving and put it on audio mode because this driver almost took 2 wrong turns and quickly drove across lanes to get in the right lane on the free way so he wouldn't miss his turn.......... very dangerous........ on top of this, I gave my time or arrival and still had to wait 1/2 hour to be picked up - my plane got in around 7:30pm and I didn't get to hotel until 9:30pm......... bad business....... I don't like the way Houston SuperShuttle works at all.

At the shuttle counter the lady was a little bit aggressive. She told us this is not a _br/_ voucher what we had. Still had to wait as long as everybody else, who didn't_br/_ book in advance. Price the same, so not much advantage to book in advance.

The shuttle was fantastic. The driver was very polite and professional. I was most impressed that he did not answer his cell phone that was ringing while he was driving. only problem was that i had to prove I had already paid through Viator - the info did not get transferred to the driver and he was expecting payment from me. Sorting this out delayed the shuttle about 10 minutes for myself and other passengers. While the driver was extremely courteous about this it was a bit frustrating. Five stars to the shuttle, lower rating for viator payment process.

Probably I was just lucky, but I did not wait even 5 minutes - bus arrived very fast and took me directly to the hotel. There were two of us in the van. Driver was good. Very preasant and low cost solution to go from airport to hotel.

Not very good at all .The girl on reception had never seen the vouchers before so that took a long time to sort out, we then had a 40 minutes wait before a shuttle came and then an hours drive till we got to our hotel. We would have been better getting a taxi.

After a long 9 hour flight the last thing I needed was a receptionist who was unable to make a decison based on very slighty truncated information Confirmatio number on my printed Voucher. She was clearly having a " bad day" but there was no excuse for indifferent Customer Service. I observed others treated similarly. Had to phone the SuperShuttle toll number and advisor there was very helpful and eventually I was able to gain my trip to the hotel. This was not a poor Review of the SuperShuttle service just on an individual at the desk. Got to my hotel satisfactorily and the Viator experience was good

The shuttle service itself is good,although I had some difficulty finding the ground tranportation desk at the arrivals terminal, which lead to some confusion. They should provide better instructions and signage.

A bad experience I had not printed part of my ticket correctly and the driver, in spite of the fact that there was a number to contact, ranted on about not getting paid, van number 634 I think, he was verbally threatening and after ranting on about that and other things eventually after about half an hour got going. At the end of the journey he demanded 6 dollars saying it said so in the van. I should not have tipped him as he was OTT and my wife cried during this unpleasant experience. I have used this transfer company before and never had any problems, the drivers are usually helpful and courteous, he was not!
