Driver at airport loaded up bus and disappeared for 15 mins. Parking police tried to move us but he wasn't there. People were loaded on and off as they were on wrong bus twice and different stops Did not make the return journey to the airport as could not get in touch with company. Tried several times as did the hotel staff. Was in a que on the telephone for nearly half hour before hanging up as we had tours to attend and had not planned on spending our holiday on the telephone!! Hotel got through to an automated service in our absence you can not talk to a humanbut it did not recognize our booking number. We ended up paying for an Uber taxi to take us to the airport, cheaper and reliable!!! Never Never use this company!!

Even though we followed instructions and confirmed pickup the night before being on hold for 15 mins this service never arrived and made our morning heading to an international flight unnecessarily stressful.

When phoning the company about what time we would be picked they had no record of our booking at all. We had to make another booking to be picked up, but the driver accepted our pre paid voucher. If I had no phoned to check we would not have been picked up.

it works after a fashion. if your idea of a good time is to wait for 25 minutes for a shuttle into the city at 11:00 PM after a long and delayed flight then this is the option for you. personally I'm not sure the saving is worth it. the women at the cutover service desk couldn't have been less helpful or communicative.

the return needed to be booked 24 hours in advance which was before i'd actually arrived. when we rang on the day of travel the shuttle would have picked us up too late to get to the airport in time. so couldn't use it. requires too much planning to be worth the effort.

The driver waited way too long for two passengers, one of which never showed up. At the pick up after me he didn't seem to know what he was suppose to do to find the man who lived in some condos but was not at the gate waiting. He finally got out to talk to the guard and called the man who didn't answer the phone as he was coming down. With me he acted like he was ready to go before I could even get out the hotel door. With the second person he waited and waited in front of the house even though the house was completely dark. He was again on his phone all the time and finally we left. He did not seem to know what he was doing.

The shuttle to the hotel trip was awful, I had made a mistake printing the voucher but there was a phone number in the case of any problem which the driver refused to phone and just carried on ranting on about and we must have spent half an hour before he set off not convinced that he would get his money. Shuttle number 634 I think. At the end of the journey which brought my wife to tears, he verbally aggressively demanded 6 dollars which I was surprised about after all the aggression he had shown.
