Absolutely terrible!!! We left too late so didn’t see sun rise. We only saw a small part of the red hills and they were in the distance the company said they couldn’t fly over them despite the rep and myself asking several times We were then supposed to have champagne and nibbles instead we had cheap fizzy wine and orange juice

What an amazing morning. The views were breathtaking and we even got to go down into the caverns. Our pilot was Jonathan, and he was amazing. He was kept us laughing with his stories while we soared over the dessert. James was our driver and also part of our ground crew. He was awesome as well and gave us lots of Vegas info as we drove to the location. I would recommend this tour for anyone coming to Las Vegas!

This was the most amazing experience. We arrived and after our safety briefing were allowed to help set up and inflate the envelope balloon itself. We hopped in the basket and took off just after dawn with the intermittent lighting of the burner being the only sound. We were lucky to get a very calm, almost still day for our flight. Seeing the strip and surrounding mountains from the gondola of a balloon was absolutely amazing. It was peaceful and so interesting to see everything for a prolonged period of time. Most air vehicles planes, helicopters, etc pass by anything on the ground so quickly you don't get to see anything. Watching the sun light up the strip and Red Rocks was incredible.

Our first booking for this was cancelled due to high winds but the wonderful company managed to re-book us for our last morning in Vegas and what a way to end our trip! Getting up for a 4am start was worth it. We helped assemble our balloon which was fun and interesting. Our balloonist Jonathan was amazing - he is one of the top in the world at competitive ballooning - and a great character. Incredible views of the canyon and Las Vegas and every minute was mind-blowing. We finished by helping collapse and stow the balloon and then drunk Buck's Fizz. Excellent trip!

This was definitely worth the money. It was a great experience and I enjoyed the energy and atmosphere the team created. I only wish we had gone up into the hot air balloon a little earlier than we did. I went during the sunrise ride and we were up in the air a little after sunrise. I never knew that there were hot air ballon rides in Vegas. I am very glad that I saw this activity on Viator. I would highly recommend an early morning flight with Vegas Ballon Rides. A van came and picked me up at 4:20 a.m. and took me to the office for checkin. Once the morning group had checked in we were divided into two groups and taken by van for a short ride to set up the balloons. The set up of the two balloons was very interesting to see. The actual ride was awesome. The landing was an experience. Excellent pilots and crew. I would definitely go again.

This was my FAVORITE excursion on this tour out west! I have always wanted to ride in a hot air balloon and this tour did not disappoint! Our pilot was Jonathan and his navigator was Mike. Then there was the chase crew of Larry and 2 others can't remember their names. The whole team was fantastic from inflating the balloon to soaring over Las Vegas suburbs to the champagne toast finale! This was a truly amazing experience and I hope I get a chance to do it again another time!

I would recommend this to anyone visiting Vegas, the team were very professional and felt ultra safe with them , our pilot Corey was fab gave us lots of his knowledge about the area and had a great sense of humour and more importantly he knows how to pilot a balloon. Tour was cancelled once due to high winds so be prepared for this but rebooked and after going to a couple of launch sites we got into the air and had an amazing ride over the mountains as the sun rose dropping in and out of the basins were up for just over an hour. Landing and take off were extremely smooth and the morning was topped off with champagne...there is a story about that but you need to go and find out yourselves ,not to be missed. LOVED IT

Hot Air Balloon ride was on the bucket list, now crossed off. Great time, great views! Very early morning start, but great to see the sun coming up as you ascend into the sky. I would recommend wearing a hat as the heat generated from the propane is really hot when it is turned on to add hot air in the balloon. Very smooth ride, quiet when the heater is not on. You won't regret taking this flight.

Spectacular unbelievable exciting and excellent. From pick up to dropping back to our hotel and everything in between the whole experience was completed with professional and knowledgeable staff. We have done the helicopter flight into the Grand Cannon and this rates up with that experience one we will never forget. Don't think about this just do it you won't regret it.

Casey was the Balloon captain for our flight. He was personable and loves what he does. It is very apparent from the introductions, to our safety talk and the expert way he managed our flight. His crew also love working with him and genuinely give it all they have. I had no idea how much work goes into getting everything set up, calculated, and implemented. Each and everyone involved did everything possible for us. The landing was a little rougher than I had expected but we had been told and shown how to stand and hold on in preparation. We even had a champagne toast at the end with a history lesson on the history of ballon flights. Thank you for checking off one of my bucket list items with an awesome experience. Definitely recommended with two thumbs up!

An early morning start but worth it. We started to rise in the balloon just as the sun was coming up. Very gentle and peaceful. The balloon pilot was extremely experienced and managed to take us down into a small canyon just inches from the floor before rising again without hitting the canyon wall. A great tour.

This was my 2nd time flying with Vegas Balloon Ride. The first was 2014 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. This time was just as spectacular. The view was very different but just as great. MUST DO AGAIN IN DIFFERENT LOCATION. Pilot Sheldon was good but Pilot Casey was a little more talkative and funny.

My sister and i did this ride for celebration of her special birthday. Pick up was on time and run like clockwork.
