Stay away. I booked public transport and then cancelled that for this specifically to have more time in London. Ironically, the driver arrived an hour late and I had way less time in London because of booking this. Hired drivers should always arrive early - they can check the flight schedule and that's a big part of their job.

After waiting almost an hour and three phone calls the driver finally showed up. Then he said we had to wait for another group which never showed. He gave me patronizing answers to my questions about having to wait so long, such as i have to follow orders and dont kill the messenger etc.

I would give it a zero if that was an option! rude driver who ended up dropping us off at the wrong hotel. when we called the company, they admitted their mistake and sent him back to pick us up and drive us to our correct hotel. However, the driver decided to argue with us over whose fault it was- claiming it was my mistake! he then proceeded to go to another wrong hotel. it took 3 tries to get to our hotel! _br/_ The ride for 4 people cost 108 with a 10 discount. After this fiasco, I canceled the return ride. w ended up taking an Uber which cost us 50 pounds!

This was perfect. It was supposed to be a shared but we got luck both ways and had the car to ourselves early April. Our drivers both ways showed us some of the sites while we were driving through downtown and were very friendly. Also met us in the arrival terminal with a sign with out name on it. Just FYI when you see other people with name signs you are in the right place. You can't really miss it.

Without getting into the entire story, lets just say I won't use the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel again. I will use Uber. Trying to find a representative from the company is almost impossible in a sea of drivers looking for passengers. I was at the airport for 4 hours, I was suppose to be picked up in terminal 5, after 2 hours there, I was instructed to go to terminal 3. I stood exactly where I was told to stand and I never saw a driver. Stood there for 2 hours. Was basically told I could purchase a private shuttle to get to the hotel. By this point I was tired, hungry and frustrated so I took an Uber. For the record, this was my 3rd trip to London. Never had a problem the first 2 trips. Perhaps if you spend the money for a private shuttle, you will get to look for your name on a board instead of a company name. Next year I will only use the shuttle service going back to the airport.

In the past, I hired a transportation service through Viator to go from LHR to my hotel, and I had a good experience Which is the reason I hired them again. This time the experience was horrendous. First they were not waiting for me. Second when I called them, they indicated that they could not provide the service as contracted. Their excuse was that the destination was outside their service area. Then, they said that if I pay them an additional 50 pounds, they could drive me to my hotel. At this point I had very few other options, 90 minutes behind, plus other services I checked in the airport, they were more expensive when you contract them on short notice. You can be sure I will never hire or recommend this service again. In summary, this was a very deplorable experience.

Would give a Negative 10 stars, if available. This Driver, was 40 mins late picking us up from Heathrow. We then had to wait another 20 minutes for 2 other passengers. Then, he drove pass our Hotel, so he could drop-off the latter two passengers, which was 30 minutes from our Hotel, he then drove so slowly, we finally go to our Hotel. We were so worried, being just two young females 20/21years old, now alone in the back of a car, in a city we did not know. We arrived at Heathrow at 2050hours on a BA flight from Paris. We had to call the driver several times to find out where he was, how long until he got to the Airport. It was after Midnight !!! 00:38 before we arrived at our Hotel. We will Never, ever, use this service again! His Rego no. LM09DFU last 2 letters...say it all.

What a terrible experience. We were advised the transfer would wait to a max of 1.5 hrs our flight was only 1 hr late, yet there wasn't anyone there to pick us up. After phoning and waiting a further 1.5 hrs the driver proceeded to collect 1 bag, move us at high speed to terminal 1 and ask us to wait till he came back, 20 mins later. We were taken to the public car park asked to wait again while he paid for the car parking and then drove us to London, but not via the freeway. The London trip took a further 1.5 hrs due to the way the driver took us. I would not recommend this to anyone. As a result we cancelled our Hotel to Airport transfer and used a different company.

no one was there to meet us upon arrival. waited 20 minutes and called the number on the sheet. person answered who said they were on their way. waited another 30 minutes and no one showed up, called again and the person who answered said something went wrong so they will send a private car to pick us up. so we waited another 10 minutes before a person finally came to pick us up. The total time we waited was an hour and no one else was in the airport. It was scary because we were two women. very disappointing.

We waited over an hour after coming through customs etc for the third person who had booked the transfer, but who never turned up, and couldn't be contacted. So we didn't leave the airport until 2 1/2 hours after the flight landed. This was a long wait after a very long flight from Australia. However after we finally left the airport the driver was goid, the vehicle was very modern and clean.

Out of the sea of people waiting in luggage claim/pick-up area at London Heathrow airport, it was fantastic to easily spot my name on a board with the shuttle driver ready and waiting to take me to my hotel. The shuttle was parked very close and before I knew it, me and the other passenger were on the road and off to our hotels. It was such a smooth drive, the van was very clean and the driver was so, so nice! I loved how our driver pointed out some of the things that make London unique while we headed to our hotels. It definitely made the ride more fun and time went by so fast. My overall experience from start to finish was nothing but excellent. The driver who met us hard a very small sign and was not waiting where the other pick up service was waiting so we didn't see him right away. We saw another driver from the same company holding up a sign for another customer and we had to ask him to call the operator for our pick up. He was very accommodating. When we finally saw our shuttle driver, we had to wait for almost an hour for the other passengers to arrive so we can leave. It was not so efficient and was a waste of our time.

Our transport was City Transfers. I did confirm with them via email. We arrived early to the airport within the specified time as they are there 1 hour before arrival. Our pick up person was no where to be found. We found another City Transfer person and asked if he could inquire about our reservation. When he called he was told that our driver had forgetten about us and was 25 minutes out. He was very nice and agreed to take us with his ground. I only wrote it was a good because the issue got resolved. I expect that when we pay and reserve and there is confirmation that someone will be waiting for us. I won't use them again. It just take one experience to make it bad especially this was the beginning of our long journey.

Took about one hour and twenty minutes. It was our first time in London. Now that we are more familiar, next time, take the Gatwick Express to Victoria station and the for us would have been a short cab ride to the hotel.
