We may have got them on a bad day. Short of drivers and buses we had to wait an hour before a pick up then he stopped for 5-10 minutes in the airport to do his paper work. He was nice enough and drove well

Good afternoon, dear representatives of the company Viator !_br/_ I want to tell you my indignation about your work!_br/_ The day before yesterday was on your site was booked this trip. _br/_ However, we could not get the service for which we paid. We flew to Miami airport, at the indicated time, by the indicated flight. However, at the airport, after waiting nearly an hour, we were never met. We stood at the bus stop of Supershuttle, addressed to drivers of the specified company, with the request to help us, but anybody and has not helped. Moreover, they frankly ignored us._br/_ We began to call the phones indicated in the voucher 305 871 2000, but there was no help from there either. We contacted the support service, explaining where we stand, and that no one is coming for us, that at the airport, there is no meeting manager, as indicated in the voucher Contact a SuperShuttle Guest Service Representative wearing either a gold shirt or a blue jacket that says SuperShuttle._br/_ They refused to help on the phone, explaining this by saying that we should pass a check in, and only after that we will be met. For a check, as it turned out, you need a seven-digit confirmatory code. I dictated all the numbers that were indicated in our voucher, but I did not achieve anything, all the numbers were not valid, and did not confirm our purchase of this transfer._br/_ After that, the support phone did not answer us at all. I tried to download the pp of SuperShuttle and check in via this app, but the program required a seven-digit confirmation code. _br/_ I asked for help to the airport employees, so they called the customer service of Supershuttle, and explained our situation, showed our voucher. And only after the airport employees called, they clarified the situation. As it turned out, there is no airport in this airport, and there was never a meeting manager. Check in the bus had to be made only through the program or only by phone, with a seven-digit confirmation code that you did not provide to us !!!_br/_ As a result, we spent two hours at the airport in a strong wind, and at 7 degrees Celsius !!! I'm in the seventh month of pregnancy, wasting time in the empty, trying to prove something and how to justify myself !!! I caught cold because of you, and your lack of discipline! I demand to return money, and I wish to never have business with you again!_br/_ Below I put all the evidence of what I wrote here

I would not recommend this at all. Our wait time was over 20 minutes. Then the guy showed up and picked us up. Then he drove through the terminal only to make a loop and go back since he forgot he got assigned more folks. We waited again for 5 min and the guy had already left. Stay away!

We chose the shuttle bus to transfer to the hotel because we did not know how long clearance at the airport would be. It is fairly easy to find the stopping points outside, in fact there are several. I felt that it was quite expensive, considering it was shared, and it would have been easy to get an Uber taxi at that price and not share.

We were not advised where the pick up point is, after a lot of wasted time asking people and after going to the information desk which was not sign posted and at the other end of the arrivals we found that it was on the lower level which we didn't know existed. One passenger wanted to pay by cash but the driver didn't have any change so another 15 minutes was lost while the driver tried to get change in a hotel.

First time used service and received poor instructions on where catch bus and that my name was for a certain bus. There were 2 other couples that must have been first timers because they were just as confused. For first time users of this service they might need a little more direction but overall it was ok for trip to hotel.

Great service. We didn't have to look for the driver, he was there waiting for us at the airport with a sign. We decided on a shuttle as it was a fixed price and we arrived at rush hour. We didn't want a metered ride if we were stuck in traffic.

Excellent service. I had called simply to get info as the shuttle we needed to take but the representative I spoke with, Monique, after obtaining the info I requested, offered to complete the reservation for me. I told her about the discount voucher I had and she was able to apply it. The very nice young lady at the airport looked after us just as if we were family members. The shuttle driver took great care of us she kept us informed of stops we were to make and answered several questions I and other passengers had. She was a very careful driver. Till next time, K

I use Viator for the Shuttle service because when you get outside the people are there to get you a shuttle within a reasonable time. Viator is my go to for shuttle service and excursions when we are traveling to places all over the world.

Rode for over an hour to our destination and had we used Uber we would have paid 18 instead of 33 and it would have taken less than 20 minutes. NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN. UBER FROM NOW ON ON EVERY TRIP!

The pick up at the airport was stressful because we couldn't find were we picked up the shuttle not helped by the fact that we arrived 2 and a half hours late otherwise would have been 5 stars. More details about pick up area would have been helpful. The pick up going home was smooth apart from very rude passenger being late for pickup. Over all would use again.

Driver was rude. Wanted us to pay again even though we explained it had been prepaid. Tried to intimidate my husband and I into paying twice by refusing to let us out of the van and demanding we pay him. I told him again we had already paid the fee and demanded to be let out. A very distressing experience. I would not recommend this to anyone going to Miami.

Transfer was trouble free, but, as we found out later, we could of got a bus to Miami South Beach for 2.75 per person as we did for the transfer back to the airport 3 days later
