The Grand Ole Opry began as a simple radio broadcast in 1925 and has become a world-renowned live-entertainment phenomenon, where hundreds of stars have begun their careers. It’s now the longest running live radio show in the US, showcasing the past, present and future of country music.

We are very unhappy with the handling of this booking by your agent. We called Greyline the day before the show to confirm we had 5 tickets and to confirm we could pick them up at the box office since we were taking uber to the performance and not utilizing hotel pick up. They informed us that the tickets would not be at the box office and that we would need to pick them up on the afternoon of the performance by 6 pm at a location 1.25 miles from the venue. We again explained we were taking uber and asked if we could pick them up at a downtown location where we had picked up other tickets the day of the show or the day before the performance at the location they suggested. They said NO, pick them up the afternoon of the performance before 6 ONLY. The venue was 11 miles from us and the performance didnt start until 7 pm, so we needed to arrive at an hour and a half early, pick up the tickets, get another uber, and arrive at the theatre and hang around for more than an hour. _br/_ This was awful service and they were very cold and unapologetic about the entire experience. This is the same company whose hop on hop off buses had standing room only, making it impossible to see or hear. I strongly encourage Viator to stop using them as a vendor. Generally Viator vendors are great. They are awful and should be eliminated.

The show itself was amazing but make sure you understand that during Nov-Jan the show is at the Ryman NOT out at the actual Grand Ole Opry. It doesn't list that anywhere when booking with this site so we were a bit shocked to get picked up and go 2 blocks.

Since we elected to drive separately to the Grand Ole Opry we had to wait to pick up our tickets because the driver had them. They shorted us a ticket and wanted us to sit separately. Purchased floor tickets but wound up the very last 3 balcony seats!! Horrible horrible horrible !!!!!

This was a highlight of our time in Nashville. Our hotel was in the downtown area, and the transportation to/from the Grand Ole Opry was very convenient. We were very pleased with the experience.

This wasn't what we were expecting but still a good experience Viator was able to supply us with tickets when even the Opry told me there were no seats available. The pick-up at our hotel did not happen until 6:15 and the voucher said we should be ready at 5:00, overall I would do this again.

I use Viator whenever I travel to a new city and have never been disappointed. They are always on time and there guides are so knowledgeable. Had great seats at Grand Ole Opry and the convenience of being picked up at our hotel

No trip to Nashville is complete, without a trip to The Grand Ole Opry. After all, this is how it all started, and made Nashville the Country Music Capital of the world. The availability of the tour bus, coming to the hotel to pick me up, was a definite plus, since I was traveling alone. I probably would not have bought a ticket to the concert, if I had to go alone, find the building and parking, on my own.

Bucket list trip, this was a great tour. Seats were great, easy pick up and drop off. The driver negotiated all of the traffic and we sat back and enjoyed.

Picked up at our hotel lobby and dropped back off there also after the show. Very convenient not to have to worry about driving and finding parking, as the time we went the Grand Ole Opry was playing at the Ryman.

Thank the lord we got transportation with our tickets. The show was downtown, we were out by the airport, there was a hockey game and part of the 40 was closed. The driver was very nice and informative. Highly recommend!

We were picked up promptly by a professional, courteous driver. He walked us from the van to the front of the Opry and explained fully where he would pick us up. We had great seats for the price, far better than I could purchase on line at the late date I was looking for them. Would highly recommend this option while in Nashville. By the way, we thoroughly enjoyed the show!

Amazing show, we were lucky enough to see a special charity show. Transport was slow as it went around a lot of hotels and just as we got to the Opry resort we were told they had missed a pick up. Rather than dropping us all off first we had to go all the way back which gave us less time before the show to look around and buy souvenirs. Driver was fun and entertaining.

Not terrific seats, but okay. We booked months in advance, but the seats were way off to the side, a bit hard to see the performers on the stage. Found ourselves watching the screens. It was great to go there and experience the grand Ole Opry. On confirmation the day before, we were given a time and place for pick up. driver was on time and very efficient. We were also told where to meet at the end of the night, it was all made very easy. Sally was our driver and she was lovely.

This was awesome. The bus driver Pat picked us up at our hotel on time and drove us to the Grand Old Opry where we had great seats. We arrived about 45 minutes before the show which gave us plenty of time to visit the gift shop. Pat was waiting right outside the building for us immediately after the show. She was a very pleasant driver.

The show was good, seats decent, line up could have been better. It was raining and we had to walk along a path because the bus does not take you to the door, just making you aware if you have an elderly person, as I did with you.

The Grand Ole Opry Show was very nice except that it was very confusing to meet our bus. We wandered around for quite awhile and we weren't the only ones who did. We were not able to leave the same way we came in and went out a different exit. I was very nervous about missing the bus. It was very upsetting. Unless the logistics to meeting the bus could be changed and vastly improved I could not recommend this tour.

This tour was a highlight on our trip to Nashville! We were given tickets to the Grand Ole Opry show and they were very good seats. Afterwards our driver/guide Jerry was waiting for us at the bus. He told us he woul not leave without us and would come looking for us if we didn't arrive back to the bus at a reasonable time. He was great, and we enjoyed this tour immensely. I highly recommend it.
