Great choice and best purchase ever. Worth every minute. New York is too big to see on foot. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and kind. We had one small issue with getting a bus but otherwise I would definitely do it again. Also, Bought tickets to see the Phantom of the Oper. Excellent show

The afternoon was wonderful. The staging was beyond explanation. Without the performers or the music, the scenes would have sent me home with a smile. The theater was very comfortable and well suited to the performance. I thought I liked the music before I got there. But to see it live with great actors took it to a level beyond my highest anticipation. I would be defintely recommend it and possibly return.

DO NOT GET YOUR TICKETS THROUGH VIATOR!!! The Phantom was great theater but we almost missed it because Viator was consistently negligent in providing us with valid tickets to ANYTHING, INCLUDING to the theater. We spent hours on the phone with Viator, while at the theater box office, trying to get our tickets and ended up having to BUY THEM AGAIN! DO NOT USE VIATOR TO PURCHASE TICKETS FOR THEATER OR SIGHTSEEING IF YOU WANT TO ENJOY YOUR TRIP...VIATOR WAS HORRIBLE!!!!

Was taking my wife to see the play as a birthday present and was expecting to only be somewhat entertained. Little did I know from open to close the Phantom kept me captivated by its live orchestra and theatrical showmanship. Highly recommend seeing this if visiting New York!

The show was great, but the seats were not. I especially asked viator customer service about the seats before booking , and was promised the seats will be the best available at the time of booking. I knew what were available at the time, which were far better than I actually got. When I picked up the tickets at the theatre, the lady was obviously assigning seats while I was waiting. The price printed on the tickets were so much lower than what I paid even considering service charge etc. Felt being ripped, not clear by whom. I will definitely NOT book show tickets through Viator again.
