Couldn’t find the representative initially - but spotted her due to the jacket she was wearing. Had to wait 25 minutes for the car to arrive - seemed a long time...the car boot/trunk was messy, had to try to fit our suitcases around a child’s car seat. Driver dropped us outside our hotel.

The driver was nowhere to be found at the arrival hall. I called 4 times, all while waiting on the line for more than 40 minutes. First, I was told the driver was waiting by the baggage reclaim, then I was told that a black Toyota will be outside to pick me up, then I was told that a black Lincoln is outside. After 90 minutes I practically had to hail and run after a black Lincoln, afraid that the driver might leave. The driver then told me that he had been informed of my transfer 25 minutes ago! After 90 minutes andr 4 calls on my part, spending more than 40 minutes on the phone calling international, finally I tracked my driver outside and not at the arrivals hall of course where I was supposed to meet him - and paid for anyway_br/_ Totally unprofessional and unreliable conduct. I booked after being influenced by the great reviews, but I have paid for a service that I have actually not received. The whole point of booking a rather pricey transfer is comfort and not wasting your time, especially after an 11 hour flight! Please be careful! This is a scam! My voucher and my communications at everyones disposal! I already filed a complaint to the company, of course no answer

Ride from airport to our Hotel near MSG was quick but the pick was a little slow, we had to wait about 10 minutes before we finally found our representative and when we did she find us she guided us down a level instead of right out front where our car should have been, but they did get us to our hotel.

Excellent experience with our transport from the airport to our hotel. Our flight from California to New York was delayed in leaving thus arriving almost 45 minutes late. However, our driver was waiting for us in the arrival area with a smile and our name clearly displayed so we could locate him easily. Our driver was very professional and knowledgeable about optional safe routes to our hotel due to the exceptionally high volume of traffic from rush hour compounded by the arriving NYC Marathon participants 50,000 runners. Our driver also informed us of a route adjustment he was going to make based on the flow of the traffic before actually making the adjustment. We arrived at our hotel safely, stress free, and excited to be part of the marathon event, thanks to our fabulous driver! We highly recommend this all inclusive private arrival transfer it was easy to schedule, was a spacious clean vehicle, the driver was reliable, friendly, and professional, and most important was that we arrived safely and stress free at our destination.

Booked a private transfer from Warwick Airport to Riu Plaza Hotel New York. After several phone calls, transfer eventually arrived - 1 hour late! Point of booking a private transfer and paying a premium is for the convenience and not to wait around. _br/_ Quality of transfer was very good.
