Very knowledgable tour guide and the way to see New York in some style

Excellent tour james rhe guide was very knowledgeable. The brown houses manhatton area was beautiful. We got to see lots of areas we would never have found. James took photos of us and talkedna lot about the areas. It was a great way to see newyork.

Laurie was a great guide, and extremely knowledgeable. She also let us veer from the standard tour by allowing us to stop into a pub I wanted to show my relatives, and then suggested another!. I highly recommend the tour!

This was an amazing experience for my family. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to switch the date of our tour with only 48 hours notice and the company graciously accommodated our change in plans. Eddie, our limo driver, was amazing. Nancy, our tour guide, was a lot of fun and so knowledgable about local history. Nancy and Eddie showed us places we didn't even know existed and didn't waste a minute of our three hours together. Highly recommend this tour. Thanks, Eddie and Nancy. You were fabulous....

Our guide on this tour, Laurie, was great. She was full of information, and really enthusiastic. And it was a great way to see the city. My only quibble is that the limo windows were tinted meaning that until you got out of the limo, you got a slightly darkened view of things.

This was so worth doing! Tony was a fantastic guide who was great fun too! We saw loads, got the chance to take lots of pictures and found out loads of useful stuff. Very swish being in a stretch limo too. We did the tour on our first day and it really helped us get our bearings and decide what we wanted to visit during the rest of our trip. Highly recommended.

This tour was easily one of the best decisions we made on our trip to New York. Our guide Ianto was fantastic! We could not have asked for a better way to be shown the city and he also had great recommendations on where to sight-see and eat. I cannot rate this high enough and encourage anyone to try this tour out as well!

Very interesting tour, guide, and driver. Learned alot and covered lots of territory. Would advise everyone to experience. Our vacay was made so much more interesting. They will stop anywhere you desire. The layout of the city and Burroughs were explained in depth, thus making travel easier. TY

The limo passenger side door was broken so we had to exit on the driver side door toward traffic side, not safe at all especially with a child and a pregnant woman. The tour guide was ok and we learned things we wouldn't had on our own. But, for the money paid 1K could had better service elsewhere especially the limo vehicle.

An excellent way to see the city and get your bearings - Ianto was very knowledgeable and tailored the tour to our needs. He allowed time for us to get in and out at points of interest. Great morning and would highly recommend.

Our party of four booked this trip as a birthday celebration, the day before we were contacted and asked if we would change to a different type of vehicle, we said no and explained that we specifically wanted a limo, when we got back to the hotel I was asked to ring the limo company who told me they didn't have a limo available for the afternoon and could we swap to the morning, we really had no choice, it was that or nothing but it was really disappointing as we had booked and paid months in advance. I have contacted Viator regarding this but two weeks on they have not had the courtesy to reply to me. The tour itself was very interesting and the guide was lovely but we couldn't go to quite a few places we wanted to because the UN was in town and half the city was closed off. I imagine that was also why there where no limos available!
