I waited for almost an hour for the driver at the airport , even so, he asked to drop me off one block away from the hotel, and since I didnt agree, he let to drop me off after all the other passengers.

Hesitant to use this service again. It says the maximum number of passengers is 11, but there were 14 passengers plus the driver_br/_ packed into the shuttle. Luckily we were the first to be dropped off.

Really easy way to get to your hotel and good value too! Driver arrived on time and was very friendly and patient with all the traffic he had to deal with getting us from Newark Airport to Manhattan during rush hour!! Will surely book with them again next time!

I had an electronic voucher on my phone yet this was not accepted to travel on the transfer bus to NYC. I had to go to get the airlink to another terminal that had an internet cafe to print the voucher. Was not pleased after a 7 hour flight.

Absolutely awful, don’t even consider booking this transfer from the airport. After an 8hr flight it took 2.5hrs to get to our hotel in Manhattan we collected people from Newark airport on route and people from hotels who were travelling back to JFK. Save yourself the agony and take a yellow cab!!

Only reason dropped a star is because we set off then stopped again in another part of airport with no explanation and driver got out. It turned out to be because another family joined us but If travelling alone it would have been a bit unnervingly

We had to wait for 2 hours before we manage to leave the airport. Driver didn't even help us with ioading luggage and wasnt friendly. 2 hours is too long a wait particularly after our 22 hour flight. We know that this is a shared transport but the long wait time is too much. Will not use again.

This was extremely disappointing. We waited almost an hour for the driver to show up. Called them three times. He never apologized for being late. Talked on the phone the entire trip. Will never use this service again. Find another way to get to the city but not this service. They promised me to comp me for something but couldn't understand a word the lady was saying on the phone. Don't see any emails about an comps. Take AirTrain or Super Shuttle. You will be much happier.

Used this multiple times whether in SF , LAX or JFK. Went to the counter n told the staff that im holding on to a prepaid voucher. She called someone. Waited for 10mins. Driver arrived. Journey to Manhattan 65mins. Pretty smooth traffic. Gd driving. Will always pay for this service.

Just takes too long! Three and a half hours is such a waste when you only have 4 days in New York. Didn’t seem well planned as we had people on the bus from all ends of the city. We didn’t use our return and for the difference of $15 each, took a private can and got back in an hour.
