This was an outstanding tour, and a must for anyone visiting NYC. The Statue of Liberty was great to see up close, but it was Ellis Island that surprised us most. It is an incredibly moving place, made all the more real through the wonderful real-life story-telling of our guide Rachel. I can't say enough good things about Rachel - from the organisation and timekeeping, through to the facts she conveyed, and the way she brought everything to life. Wonderful trip, and will remain in our memories.

Allison was a great guide. My teenagers loved this tour and said they much preferred it to going through the museum on their own. We had a very foggy day and unfortunately did not have great views, but Allison made the experience a really good one anyway!

Highly recommend a guided tour for Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island..we learned so much. Our tour guide, Alice, was absolutely fabulous! She was able to connect with all ages in our group and kept us all interested for 4 hours!!! Plus we skipped the queues with the Viator tickets - definitely a plus!

Our tour guide Sam Floyd was humorous and helpful. He kept us entertained during the tour while we learned much about the history of the Statue Of Liberty and Ellis Island. He had a strong memory for anecdotes about the sites. I and my 12 year old son had not taken tours previously but after such a positive experience with Sam we certainly will take more tours in the future.

The tour was very well organized absolutely no problems with tickets, the schedule etc., very informative and above all we had a very knowledgeable, professional, super-nice and patient guide - Nathan! We were a family of four, with two teenage kids and we all loved it very much, I would definitely recommend this tour to all who visit Manhattan, definitely the money well spent. Everything was just as described plus the great person as a guide, who made it an unforgettable experience in spite of the bad weather.

Great tour by our awesome tour guide Alice!!! She was very enthusiastic and shared her vast knowledge of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and NYC. I would highly recommend taking this tour and my next trip to NYC will include another tour with Alice to the Statue of Liberty! We also went on the first tour of the day 8:30 am which is definitely the best time of the day to go! Unfortunately on the day of our booked in advance tour, the weather was very foggy and never really cleared up. Visibility of the statue and city surroundings was maybe 60 - 75 so I will go again. Thanks Alice for all your tidbits of information about NYC!!!

Ibeth was energetic, entertaining and very knowledgable. She kept the group moving and informed. Go on the earliest tour to skip the crowd. This is the best way to go see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. So glad we took this tour, especially with Ibeth!

Far exceeded my expectations! Tour guides were informative and personable. The lines for all major NYC tourists sites are hours long, with Viator tours you truly sikp the long line waits!
