Ride from airport to hotel was great so I wish I could give this 5 stars, but the ride from the hotel to the airport was terrible so I've split the difference on the rating. From the airport, the driver was chatty and fun. From the hotel, the driver was silent. AND he was late, which is annoying, then we went to another hotel where the passenger was not waiting, so we waited and waited, and then the driver called dispatch and was told to wait some more, and finally the passenger came. I wasn't in any hurry, but if you don't want to wait on other people, take an Uber.

Very good overall, though a dispatching mix up when departing the airport resulted in a bit of a wait and a double loop of the terminal. Comfortable trip overall and th driver of the return trip was very smooth.

Speedi Shuttle did not show up. When stranded at the airport, I and two others tried to call them. The phone number was no longer in service. Airport personnel told me that they were no longer in service.

the driver, JOHN, dropped me off at the wrong location. I told him the address was 1777 Ala Mona Blvd and he dropped me at 1700. I was not aware of where I was so I let him leave before I checked at the front desk to find out I was at the wrong RESORT. I called and the shuttle came back and got me about an hour later after he drop all the passengers. He was very angry threw my luggage into the van and broke one of my wheels off and bent the handle of the pull up. I gave him a tip the first time of 10 and then when he dropped me at 1777 he wanted another tip. He did not help me with my luggage he left it on the side walk and drove off. I am so upset the first day I lost a good 3 hours of my vacation plus MY NEW LUGGAGE BROKEN.

I was picked up at the Hotel and was taken back to Maui airport by the Shuttle company super nice driver he called the night before and confirmed. When I arrived in HNL I had no transportation and had to wait over 2 hours and a shuttle came and I gave him my voucher and he said he was not suppose to take me because it was canceled but if I would let him take the other passengers and drop them off he would take me to 1777 he knew exactly where it was. There again I arrived at 11am in HNL and it was 6pm before I got to my hotel another day of my vacation SHOT.

The pick up from Honolulu airport was friendly - the lady who greeted us was warm and welcoming, also the driver efficient and pleasant. On the return, from hotel in Waikiki back to the airport, the driver was much less friendly. I guess the 0500 pick up time wasn't especially sociable for anyone but he could have been a little cheerier. The transport was clean and efficient and it was easy to telephone the shuttle company to confirm the return journey and pick up time.

I had used this transfer on a previous trip to Honolulu and looked forward to using their services again as I knew we would be greeted at the gate and looked after from arrival to our destination which we were. I took my elderly mother with me and since it was her first time to Hawaii I also included the lai with this transfer. She was pleased and we kept the flowers as long as possible as the smell permeated our room and welcomed us every time we returned to our room.

The pickup service was perfect. They took us from the airport terminal straight to our hotel. When we first arrived, the agents could not find our reservation, but they were extremely helpful by calling their local reps to get everything cleared up. We were on our way in less than 10 minutes. Our return trip was good and the driver was excellent. However, our pick up from airport after a long flight, late at night was a shambles. Even though we had booked and paid well in advance through Viator the company did not seem to know what was going on. There were two staff members and a number of clients and it was not clear who we went with. The staff seemed tired and disinterested and this was not a good introduction to the island. However, our return trip from the hotel to airport was great and the rating above does not reflect this part of the trip in fact if it weren't for the return trip the arrival would have only rated a '1'..

The last thing we wanted to do was rent a car after a long flight and try to find our hotel. We took this round trip transfer to a hotel in Waikiki and then did a few days of tours with tour groups. Then we rented a car in Waikiki to go to the north shore for a few days. This way we saved the cost of paying to park the car at the hotel in Waikiki. There was no parking fee at Turtle Bay. We came back to Waikiki for one last night and was conveniently picked up and returned to the airport. The service was great. They had a kiosk at the hotel and told us when to show up and all was very well organized. Worked extremely well for us! If you take into consideration the cost of parking the car each night the cost of the transfer service is very very reasonable. Also because we booked a number of tours on Viator we paid enough to get a discount when I added the transfer service. So again cost was offset by these other considerations.

There was confusion about our booking but they got it sorted. The driver, Robert was awesome, really chatty and even bought back one of our passports that we'd left in the vehicle saving us a lot of stress. Only thing is that we had to wait at the airport for ages before they were ready to leave.

In all other cases using Viator transfers, we have been met at the baggage claim and directed to our transportation. This did not happen in Honolulu - I had to approach the ground transportation desk and they seemed a bit confused, but we finally got to our hotel. Return from Hotel to airport was excellent- Shuttle was a little early better than a little late and driver was cordial and helpful.
