Difficult communication so I asked for clarity on pick up time and location after which I was sent a new ticket. On the day of my transfer, the pick-up was late and so I looked through what I had sent the initial booking was for the correct date but the new ticket they had changed to the next day. When I tried calling the two numbers provided but I could not get through. Luckily, I made my flight on time but it was very stressful and I had to pay for the taxi on top of my transfer ticket. Was wholly disappointed as they had been helpful and welcoming on arrival.

This is the best option to get to/from airport. It's the cheapest and fastest. We have had a little problem to find with the driver as I was not staying at hotel, but private apartment with problematic parking, but finally solved everything by phone call with the agency. I just wonder what might happen if the pick up wasn't during the working hours of the office as the driver did not have my phone number.

Our transport via Gray Line picked us up at our hotel. We were greeted by a guide, I believe it was Marie Elise, and we were the only passengers on this trip to the airport. She as a wealth of information regarding Ecuador in general plus traveling in Ecuador. We were headed to the Galapagos Islands and she walked us right in to the window for the Islands which would have taken us a long time to figure out the routine. All of our transports via Viator have been perfect. We highly recommend the company!

After my brilliant arrival transfer, this was a disappointment. I had to chase them for confirmation of time and place of pickup. They told my hotel I would be picked up at the hotel then I got a message that I would be picked up at a hotel a couple of km away, which was then corrected after I questioned it. Also the pickup time of 0640 was ridiculously early for a flight at 1055, though fine for the other passenger - who had a flight at 0930._br/_ The transport was an under-powered ancient bus._br/_ Nevertheless, still a well-priced transfer.

Excellent service, on-time and reliable. The best way to travel to and from the airport and much much cheaper than other private transfers. The good thing is you are either the only party or at most with another party in a transfer. The price also includes a guide to greet you at the airport or at your point of pick-up. The guide for arrival transfer can give you useful information about the city etc. so it is really helpful for first-time visitors to Quito. I have travelled to over 60 countries and this is no doubt the best in terms of value for money and quality of service.

This was big rip off. Paying 88 dollars for 2 persons from a Quito hotel to the airport is paying more than 3x the cost of a taxi, which is 25. And to think, this was for a shared ride. In most of our travels, I trusted Viator but in this one, Viator fails me. While I have the option not to book this, I did the reservation just the same because of the apprehension that I may not be able to get a good service especially for a very early morning airport trip.My request for Viator, if you want to keep your loyal customers, offer them some degree of protection from service providers who are overcharging. The transfer company never sent me an email letting me know when I would be picked up in the evening. I asked the transfer in the morningI was just in town for the day on a long layover if he knew when I would be picked up, and he said I should be picked up by 8 just to be safe, and I was ok with that time. He eventually figured out I was scheduled to be picked up at 9:10. I had a 12:15 flight, and didn't think that gave me enough time, since I wasn't sure how long it would take to get back to the airport if we were picking up other people, and how long check in and security would take at the airport. I mentioned that I was concerned about the timing and asked to be picked up sooner, he said he would call his boss to check. He called twice on the ride into Quito, but nobody at the office ever answered, so I wasn't able to get picked up at a time that I thought was suitable. If the transfer company had bothered to email me to let me know my pickup time I may have had more time to work out a time that worked better, but I never received anything from them. I'm not sure how they can operate departure transfers without letting you know what time they'll pick you up. I ended up having to take a cab back to the airport to get there at a time that I was comfortable with.

Service was great on the day of. They even came in to help me navigate the extra things I needed because I was traveling to the Galapagos. My only complaint was the timeliness of the notification. I had an early morning pickup, but the evening before I had to ask the hotel to call the Gray Line emergency number to find out what time I was supposed to be picked up. I never got an email, nor did they call my hotel, as they had promised.

To my relief, the guide from the afternoon tour to Otavalo showed up at the hotel on his motorcycle to make sure that tthey came to pick me up. When the driver was NOT there on time the guide got on his cell phone and made sure they were on the way for me. The guide, Estaban, was great to do that for me but I was worried.

Where during my Quito Arrival Transfer I was dropped off at my hotel, this time I had to take a taxi to the Hilton hotel, where the shuttle to the airport was leaving._br/_
I thought that this might had to do with the fact that a lot of people would be on this bus that stayed in the Hilton and that my hotel was not really on the route._br/_
It surprised me that I was the only one on the bus. Why not just pick me up at my hotel and save me the trouble of transporting me and all my luggage with a taxi first.
