Absolutely the worst private car I have ever experienced. At the airport we actually walked past our driver who made no attempt to speak to us even though there were only 8 people getting off the plane. When we finally went back into the arrivals area the driver flashed an iPad mini at me and said ''Is this you''. As we could not read anything on the ipad I told her my surname and she confirmed she was the driver. She provide absolutely no assistance in getting the bags to the car and we had to actually load the suitcases into the boot ourselves. There was not enough room in the boot for our luggage so we had to ride with it on our laps (despite having informed them that we were 3 people with 1 large suitcase and 1 carry on each). From booking to pick up tere were so many things wrong with this transfer. Without doubt my worst experience ever with a private car company.

Our driver was there as we came down to pick up our baggage on arrival. He was very pleasant and professional. It was so nice not to have to worry about finding a taxi so late at night after such a long day of travel in a city we didn't know.
