While the Pass was great, to get all the elements to it, you were sent from one place to another, taking up valuable time. For example, you lined up to redeem your Viator voucher, to be given a stream of different vouchers to be used. Then to get the Pier 39 booklet which you really do need to go and get you had to go to the customer services office second floor of Pier39. The worst was the Hop on Hop off voucher. To redeem this, you had a couple of miles to walk, then you were in another que to get it redeemed. We wasted a couple of hours, just redeeming our vouchers so we could use them. Crazy, when you would think that all of this would be there at the first outer when you gave over your Viator voucher, Needs to be a little more organised as time is so valuable when you only have a few days and making our young kids walk to get all of these, was less than fun._br/_ To end on a positive note, once we had everything, it as great. We got lots of use from what we had, so happy then.

My family and I enjoyed our trip to Pier 39. We loved San Francisco due to our visit there, and we plan to return some day in the near future.

great deal for everything that was included, we used all of the passes and had we paid for each attraction separately I'm sure it would have been more expensive. Highly recommend! The city tour was amazing!

I would recommend this one....gives you discounted coupon booklet which is a good savings. The tour buses are great, I would recommend going on this. I used the same tour company in NYC (disorganized) this one ran much much smoother. Absolutely loved this voucher.

This was our first time in SF and the pass included many of the things we wanted to do. It incouraged us to do some things we probably would have skipped, but they made the vacation more fun, like the mirrows and 7D. Good value and easy to use.

I would not purchase this Viator again. All our other Viator tours were so very positive (we did 5 in total) however this one was really bad. First, they don't tell you that the seals and sea lions leave the area during the months of June and July. Besides, when they are there, you don't need to pay anything to go see them. The Hop on Hop off was disorganized. so much so, that were weren't told that they only run until 6 pm. I had picked up the coupon at 6 pm. No one told us and so, we waited an hour for one to come before taking a cab. Then it was only good for 48 hours and never had the chance to use it since we had other plans the following day. Although you get tickets to attractions with this purchase, it really doesn't pay since most attractions are between $5-$10. The coupon book sounds really great, but the discounts aren't for much and most are where you get a free mug or you need to buy 2 to get 1 free etc. The boat tour was OK but having been on some of the other Viator tours, this was just a boat ride and nothing spectacular. I would not recommend spending the money on this one.

Great deal, definitely worth it! We tried every attraction that was included and really enjoyed that.

The price of the tickets was a good value. The Pier 39 Aquarium is well done and is interesting, particularly for kids, and the bay cruse gives visitors a different dimension of SF. We didn't have time to use the hop-on-hop-off bus tickets, but I have used them in other cities and found them to be a good value also.

Very good value on most of the pass, great city tour on motor tram, very good harbour cruise under the Golden Gate bridge and around Alcatraz. The Aquarium didn't have much to look at though._br/_ A

Everything was great except the Hop On Hop Off Tour. When I went to the Blue and Yellow shack to collect my tickets, they didn't tell me that I had to redeem those tickets (HOHO Tour) for paper tickets. When we tried to use the coupon we found we had to get paper tickets. No one was sure where to get them. I asked at B and G and they sent me one place. There was no booth there. Then I saw another B and G booth. Those people sent me somewhere else. Those people sent me somewhere else.. Finally someone told me it was the Gray Line who would redeem the coupons for tickets. By then it was too late for the tour and I left San Francisco the next day. So I didn't get to see the city itself, or some of the districts that I truly wanted to see.

We had a bad time with the adventure pass. We only had one day available so we planned our trip out very carefully. As we were redeeming our passes we found out that, the aquarium closed early for an event that day, which we were not told until after it closed. The hop on hop off trolley people told us that it was only a hop on and that there was no hopping off to visit the other attractions. The boat cruise was alright but we were told that we were going to go out passed tue Golden Gate Bridge and beyond but we didn't even get close to th bridge. Then last but not least when we got to pier 39 to have some fun with our young daughter all that the pass got us was a coupon book.

I only took advantage of the Bay Cruise portion, which in itself was worth the money. But I recommend for anyone getting the pass to make sure you pick it up at the start of your trip, otherwise you may run out of time later.

Pier 39, whilst its one of those places you pretty much have to go and say yep went there when I was in San Francisco - this pass probably isnt worth the purchase.

I live in Dallas, our Aquariums, in my opinion, are much better than this one. The trolley tour was a waste of time. If I'd known better, I'd have chosen a different trolley tour. We just went around the banks and chinatown...no painted ladies, no haight-ashbury. It was pretty disappointing for someone who's never been to San Francisco.

The coupon was misleading, or the person that we redeemed the tickets from did not give us the right tickets. Our tour was supposed to include stops, and it didn't; it just went on without stops, so there were no photo or tourist opportunities.
