Driver arrived on time but was impatient both with me and the general traffic of San Francisco. Was an uncomfortable ride but it got me where I needed to be, so other than the bad shocks of the van and the impatient driver, it was fine.

I appreciated that the driver arrived right on time and we arrived at the airport with time to spare. The streets in San Francisco are full of bumps and pot holes and the driver seemed to find everyone of them on our route. A bumpy ride but the important thing is that we made it to the airport safely and on time.

The Shuttle was super efficient and on time. Please remember to phone the number on the voucher and confirm this paid booking especially if you are traveling to the airport. The operator ask your flight number and then arrange a pick up time based on flight departure. I was sent a message with a link to track the driver and ETA of pick up. I will use this Shuttle again.

The rate provided through viator was significantly less than I paid for the return trip going directly through the shuttle service. The only compliant I would have would be lack of phone numbers provided on the receipt - when I attempted to make return reservations I was unable to do it since I did not have internet access and there was no phone number provided on the receipt for booking new reservations.

The only trouble was we had to print our voucher and because we were staying in a private residence, we didn't have access to a printer. I had to get a friend to print it and drop it off to us. How about just sending a confirmation email and using that for the driver?

The driver was scheduled to pick us at 8:40 am and he showed up at 9:30am. We were the first ones to pickup so he went around to pickup 3 more parties. We almost lost our flight. This is an unreliable service.

Everything went according to plan, but the plan could have been better. There was no need for me to get to the airport as early as Super Shuttle insisted. In fact, I had to wait an hour for airline employees to show up at the airline counter.

The shuttle came at the appointed time but it was way too early. I didn't need to check in at the airport until 7:00 am but was picked up at 5:40 am, getting me to the airport at 6:05 am. I would have preferred a later pick up as sleeping the night before a travel day is hard enough without having to wake up at 4:00 am. I have used your service in the past and will continue to do so, however.

The driver was shown the voucher when I boarded. In the middle of the journey, literally, he asked me to get down or pay additional 30. I ended up paying additional 30 to complete my trip, very sad experience. I haven't received response for my complaint to Viator yet.

Glad we used the super shuttle to and from our private residence, very quick and efficient, lowest price for shuttles in San Fran. Few drop offs and pickups in between but did not take long at all. Early morning trip to airport was on time and well planned, would definitely use super shuttle again!

Excellent service. For two of us the cost was just under $5 more than we would have had to pay on the muni and BART and was so very much more convenient. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare._br/_
One thing to note - if you are an overseas visitor departing from SF you will need to have access to a local phone or have a local SIM. You have to contact the shuttle company by phone, which took us approx. 10 minutes, and you will receive a reminder call from them and also a call 2 minutes before the shuttle arrives. Their number is toll-free but would not be free for an overseas number.

the drivers were very courteous and knowledgeable about the city The only negative was that we waited over 20 minutes for a passenger that was not ready. Though she finally was there, she said he had gone to the wrong address, you could tell she had just gotten up and sat there brushing her hair. I don't believe that you should have made the driver wait for her that long. The rest of us in the car felt very disrespected. She was the last pickup on this trip and the car was full. She (and you) were very disrespectful to the rest of us.
