This was wonderful experience. People are so friendly. They have pickup/dropoff from San Francisco Pier 39. We needed only a drop off, which they arranged gladly. We were the only party for drop off, so they dropped us at our actual destination in SF instead of Pier 39, which is so nice of them to accommodate.

What a wonderful trip. It was a beautiful morning, we flew over the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Muir Woods and City of San Francisco. Pilot was very friendly and most informative pointing out different pieces of interest. This was amazing and would recommend it to everyone. My favourite ever flying tour. Much better than over New York, the Great Barrier Reef or even the Grand Canyon. Couldn't have hoped for anymore. I found the pilot both informative and funny and I would certainly recommend this to everyone. It was so good I did it twice.

Before I say what was bad -- I want to say what was good... The people / crew were VERY friendly and inviting. The view was a neat way to experience the bay area. -- HOWEVER---_br/_ We had a request of having our daughter ride co-pilot for her 16th birthday. The woman taking the info said shouldn't be a problem.. The guide taking us out the plane -- Shouldn't be a problem -- The Pilot on the other hand had to choose by weight how the plane balanced out Which we understood completely - But then loaded the plane giving another child what he called the best seat in the plane. -- Fine -- We had a request - not a reservation. So we went with what we were given. The problem I had with the flight was 90 of the views he offered were on the right side of the plane. He never once came around to show us that were on the left side the views. What a WASTE of money. I would NOT recommend this flight UNLESS you are one of the lucky ones to get a seat on the right side of the plane. kind of ironic that the view of the plane that is in the ad shows the right side of the plane viewing the city - Guess what -- The left side doesn't see it! It cost us 600 to take a 30 minute ride to see A LOT of water and to view over someone's shoulder at the views we didn't get to see. - Save your money and spend it on a boat cruise. It was FAR better - lasts much longer and there isn't the roller coaster feeling as you get knocked around by wind. - I think the sad part is you are given headsets to listen to the pilot call out attractions - but you can't communicate with the pilot to ask questions or to even ask him to come around the other way.

Luckily, we had perfect weather for our first seaplane flight. Captain Aaron was knowledgable, fun and a great flier. I am a native of SF and had never been above the city or Marin before. The tour was wonderful. We went there 15 minutes early to complete the paperwork and then boarded the seaplane in few minutes. The pilot was very friendly. The plane can seat 7 people. The take off and landing was in the water and was great. The view from up above 600ft was awesome. We got to see the Golden gate, alacatraz, SF city view. The seaplane flies across the golden gate and alcatraz. We could see the Oakland bay bridge as well. Since the plane flies at lower height, it doesn't matter if it is cloudy, you still get a good view. The staff at the tour company was very courteous. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

What an amazing experience! Flying low over San Francisco Bay was exhilarating, and the aerial views were phenomenal. We saw the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown San Francisco, Alcatraz, and everything in between. The plane was intimate and every seat had a window, which was awesome. I'm a local and have lived in the Bay Area all my life, but haven't done anything like this. I couldn't put my camera down!

I am only giving this 3 stars as there are aspects of the tour I am very annoyed about._br/_
I purchased this as a 60th birthday present for a friend hoping it would be a great experience for him. I was very annoyed when I found out from him on his return that the company operating the seaplane tour refused to provide the complimentary shuttle from San Francisco as he was the only person who would be on the shuttle. I think this is something you need to make clear in your advertising of this tour. My friend therefore had the expense of a taxi to the tour point in Sausalito. They then kept him waiting for his seaplane flight as they said they were waiting for someone else to arrive. This delay meant that he missed his ferry back to SF so he had to get a taxi back also as he had a trip to Alcatraz booked which
would have missed otherwise. I feel terrible that he had all that extra expense which I know he wouldn't let me pay for.._br/_
Having said that he did enjoy the seaplane flight.

Franchement à faire si le prix vous le permet. Navette gratuite depuis le Pier "je ne sais plus lequel" qui permet de traverser le Golden Gate Bridge vers Marin. Pilote super sympa et bien sûr pro qui commente le tour efficacement. Baptême hydravion pour ma fille et moi-même, décollage et atterrissage décoiffants. I had a little problem trying to get the shuttle time and pick up confirmed but the experience was flawless! I highly recommend this seaplane trip: the pilot was really good and took really good care of us, including making sure we had pics to show off. Loved it!

The tour itself was fantastic with spectacular views. However the place was difficult to find as mapquest takes you to the wrong place. there was confusion over the booking. Seaplane had us down for two people instead of one and for the wrong time. Fortunately they were able to rectify the problem.
